Starting last Sunday, I did a vitamin C flush and since then I take enough vit-C to keep my bm's loose, but not diarrhea. I also added daily Watermelon and juicing the rind and drinking a glass full each morning and each night. Supposed to help the kidneys. The rind juice is an acquired taste, by the way. Not bad, but not too tasty either. Thinking of adding stevia or xylitol.
I have more energy that I have had in years. I am 64 and work in the sun 10 hours daily. I still get hot, but none of the feeling totally drained at the end of the day. Temps have been in the low 90's with a heat index of 100+ each day. I am off work on Fridays and usually have to take the day to recuperate from the working all week. Not so today. AND I do seem to sleep less. I feel like doing a bunch today and my feet do not hurt any longer.
I do thank the people on this forum. My knowledge comes from many of you. A tidbit here, a tidbit there and learning from y'all's experiences.

My final suggestion is very easy and quite tasty: Begin eating watermelon every day. Eat the red fruit and also eat the seeds. Watermelon is wonderful for your kidneys and bladder. I buy a whole melon, and cut it into 8 parts. I eat one piece of melon every day they're in season. It's absolutely delicious, and so, so good for you!
The easiest way to cleanse Kidney is to purchase 20 - 100 kg of watermelon (few huge melons), sit in a bath filed with water, eat all the watermelon throughout a day (as much as you can), while continually empting your urinary bladder into the water. In this way, people have dissolved big stones, and then passed small kidney stones (sand) out of their body.
