According to Kevin Trudeau , the four causes of disease are toxins, nutritional deficiencies, electomagnetic chaos and stress. There are other types of toxins. Although it is a good start in my opinion, the colon cleanse doesn't get rid of all toxins. How about the types of foods you are eating? If you are eating junk, taking supplements would be like building a ship with good nails and bad wood.

I had this same problem. I had body odor emanating from my right armpit. I also had chronic constipation. This is really difficult as I've had to really strategize household meals now, but I had to give up protein. I'm also taking digestive enzymes and lots of the chewable acidophilus. If you're not working out or walking, start slow. Sweating helps rid your body of toxins (odor). Honestly, the main thing that has been helping me is giving up protein.

One third of your diet should be from animal source, fish,beef,chicken and raw dairy.

One third raw greens(leafy greens) and sprouts

One third whole grains,other vegetables and fruits..

If I were you and until I got my problem resolved,I would drop the grains,(yes even the pasta),completely and then add some of these foods back into your diet when things clear up.

It sounds like your problem is toxins. Many people have toxins in their body to some degree. I suggest you start with a Colon Cleanse . drnatura.com has a good one. If I recall correctly the testimonial part of that web site has someone who claimed it got rid of his or her body odor. My favorite health food store is The Vitamin Shoppe. You can also find cleanses there.

Go back and buy magnesium asporatate. take 500mgs before bed.

Have you looked into chlorella or chlorophyll?

try the liquid chlorophyll,drink a few ounces per day.

Take in a green superfood drink as well or juice some veggies like celery,cucumber,a little carrot and ginger.

also eat parsley and cilantro.

do you eat a lot of grains? If so cut back on those and eat alot of lean protein and lots of leafy green veggies.

I know this sounds simple but give it a try.

Zinc 30 mg is better

I would take the Zinc and magnesium together before bed time..they work synergistically together and they do not interfere with each others absorption.

That is alot of zinc but maybe you need it.
1 zinc and 1 400 mgs of magnesium..what form of magnesium is it? Is it there mag asporatate with mag oxide?

vit b with meals 3x's a day. is is just paba? if so a couple times a day is good,but I would get a full sprectrum B complex 100mgs of all b's per cap. Twin lab has one.

you can chew those acidophilus throught the day.
