Start your H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) therapy very very slowly.
Put a few ounces of H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) into a dropper bottle,
and take only one drop of H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) per day.
Add it to your water.
Increase your H2O2 dose very very slowly. For example, after one week, it's OK if you start taking not one but two drops of H2O2 per day.
