    I have learned more than I've ever wanted to know about parasites (in dealing with my Morgellon's like scourge---btw, I don't have any visible fibers, but I have many of the other symptoms, 100% dealing with some sort of full-body worm that seems to live in or on the skin during it's larval stage).

    I AM GETTING BETTER right now, though!!!!!!! I'm not wanting to count my chickens before they've hatched, of course, but I am experience significant improvements that are giving me GREAT hope.

    What I have learned:

    When we are filled with parasites, no amount of herb (no matter how good it is) or medication or protocol is going to help us, because there are simply so many of the worms. The way to help ourselves is to stop feeding THEM.

    Foods that (99.99% of the time) do NOT feed parasites:

    eggs

    chicken

    brown rice, millet, and amaranth (whole grain and flours, as long as both are well cooked before ingesting)

    bitter green vegetables (raw spinach, adult romaine lettuce, Celery , cucumber w/ skin, etc)

    onion

    garlic

    butter (small amounts)

    rice bran oil (butter and rice bran oil are the only two acceptable oils--all others feed parasites)

    Salt is great (just check it for additives--pure Sea Salt is best). Oregano, black pepper, and garlic powder are also spices that will NOT feed your parasites.

    NO TEAS. Black coffee (sweetened w/ pure stevia) is okay and olive leaf tea are okay, though. (Btw, olive leaf tea is an amazing immune tonic *and* parasites hate it too---I get mine from olivus.com--they have a good deal on bulk leaves)

    NO FRUITS. Tomatoes are the only exception.

    You will feel terrible the first week of the diet, as your body goes through sugar/starch withdrawels, etc, but eventually the diet becomes second nature. It does involve a LOT of cooking from scratch, but that gets easier as you get used to the rythm of a new way to eat. (I've learned to fill myself up with food before I go out, so that I don't get hungry, or to bring along a thermos of chicken and rice or something so that I have something to eat---or plain rice cakes or a bag of broccoli from the supermarket, if you're just dying for a snack when out and about). Cite food allergies if you need to explain to someone why you can't eat their food, whatever---it's easier for them to understand and respect.

    BE VERY CAREFUL OF EATING ANYTHING ELSE! Most supplements, for example, feed your parasites more than they help you! Check all pills for additives---for example, parasites love gelatin, silicon, and many other additites found in most of the pills and capsules we take.

    Many spices have additives, too---okay, actually, a LOT of things have additives, so you need to become an avid label reader, because all it takes is a tiny bit of an additive and you will reactivate your parasites and deal with symptoms again (sometimes for a week before they die back down).

    There is a lot more information at skinparasitesebook.com where I learned a LOT, and though his diet didn't work totally for me (example, I can't have red meat whereas it's okay on his diet), it still gave me a wonderful place to start from, and was WELL worth the few bucks it cost to download it---after all the money I've wasted trying to get better, It's always nice to report on some money well spent, you know? He gives good long lists of all the additives that parasites love, etc, all in all providing a GREAT resource.


    Follow this diet very strictly and you should notice a HUGE difference in a matter of days.

    Everytime you break it, you will notice parasite reactivation within minutes to up to 48 hours. The only "cure" is to get back on the diet and be strict about it. You are starving them to death. It's either them or you, and my vote is to kill THEM. :o)


    I also began the salt regimen that I learned about from lymephotos.com (do read that site) and found it INCREDIBLY helpful. Buy the salt pills from the pharmacy--they're really cheap--one salt pill per 10lbs of body weight. Example, a 130lb person would take a total of 13 salt pills a day, split up into three doses.

    These parasites HATE SALT. You will probably feel pretty sick (flu-like) for the first couple weeks, so many of them will be dying.

    The salt kills the ADULT parasites, not the larva (which is what feels creepy crawly on your skin), and once you get through the initial heavy-die-off period, will help you feel a LOT better because it will have killed a lot of the bigger parasites that were feeding off of you. (Also, make sure whatever Vit. C you get doesn't have additives---a Vit. C powder is a good idea, preferably a non-acidic sort so that it's easy on your stomach, like Soloray's non-acidic powder or something).

    After weeks of taking the salt, it may start to feel like the salt isn't doing anything anymore...but that's simply because you've killed all/most of the *adult* parasites. You can take a break for a week or something, if you want, but don't stop the salt for good. Keep up with the salt, so that as the larva mature into adults, you will kill them too.

    It's difficult to kill the larva...as we all well know. Nightly bathing helps, as we've all learned, etc. I've found that pure medicinal grade lavendar oil, red cedar and peppermint oil seems to be really helpful (I get mine from Young Living...expensive, but highly medicinal so worth it, and it's cheaper if you sign up as a distributor, even if (like me) you never "distribute" anything). I just apply the oils lightly to wherever I'm feeling itchy.

    The Canadian Red Cedar oil (from Young Living Essential Oils) was the most effective by far---amazing-- (and was used by native americans for skin parasites, actually), but I think they've discontinued it and are only offering Western Red Cedar now, so hopefully that works as well. For a quick store-bought itch aid, I've found the itch-relieving Gold Bond spray (found in most grocery stores near the calamine lotion, etc) helps too, for an hour or so anyways... but the BEST thing to help with the creepy crawly feelings is to go on the diet, which means the larva and worms both don't get to eat and so start to go dormant...and you start feeling a TON better. :)

    I'm sure you all already know about the bathing protocols and home/car cleaning information, which is all very helpful (those nightly baths are so nice), but both of those things will hardly make a dent without the diet. Diet is key in this thing. I am living proof. I'm not sure if the diet and salt combo will take months or if it will take years to work, or if it will just keep the parasites in remission and thus will have to be followed for the rest of my life...but that's better than being slowly ruined by this horrific scourge, but I'm convinced it is certainly making a HUGE WONDERFUL INCREDIBLE impact.

      Hi, that is interesting.

      I have some questions:

      What was you diet before you changed your diet?

      What supplements did you take?

      Are you eating more carbs than protein?

      Why wont they feed of chicken?

      Can we really starve parasites? I have read that peoplee with much nutritional deficiencies get worse problems with parasites. Poeple become weak, but parasites can't be starved.

      Salt is a an old and wellknown parasite killer, maybe it's your salt regimen that is kicking in?

      I say this because I would like to hope that a rich diet is better for You, and not better for the parasites. But it could be the other way around.

      Personal observation on diet:

      Would an increase in dietary protein, meats of different sorts "boost" the parasites? I have been eating a semi-starving diet for a long time (lots of veggies and very little protein, and I was walking hungry most of the time). When I started to eat more protein and by the SCDiet(helps heal the bowels) the infestation got very aggressive, like someone would have injected rocket fuel into the parasites. They are 10 x more intense and moving than before, just when I started to eat more dense nutrients from high quality protein.

      What should a person do!

      I still had a HORRBILE infestation while on the starving diet, and it would never go away on its own on this diet, TRUST ME, it has been getting worse slowly each month. So I have no idea what to eat anymore!

      Isnt' sugar and carbs worse to eat in terms of parasite feeding? I havent had sugar for years.

      This is very scary.

        I found this post long time ago from a poster that felt wigglies in his/hers legs which I can identify myself in. This person stopped eating all meat and after two months the wiggling was gone.

        Coincidence? Can we really starve them?
        Then for how long do I have to become a vegetarian? hm...

        this is just some of my experience in battling these things. as far as trying to starve them, I don't think it's possible. even with water fasting, if anyone will starve, it'd likely be us before them, they are masters at survival, as long as you're alive, they will find a way.

        it's very dissappointing, I know. but you can still get rid of them, there are ways. it may take a while, especially in heavy infestation, but you can do it.

        with diet, changing to a whole foods helped me a lot in terms of general health. the parasites deplete you, steal your nutrients, if there are enough of them, they can mess up hormone levels, body hydration, make you anemic, and so sick you can't even function, in extreme cases.

        it's imperative to keep a nutritious diet. there was a time I was eating only low carb veg in hopes of taking away their favorites (sugar, carbs), I became sicker and weaker by the day...they survived okay, I was going down. I learned a lot from that. I went back to healthy diet, lots of raw juices. It took a lot to bring my health back, but with time I was okay, the parasites were still there, but I was no longer debilitated.

        some say don't have fruit, I've never experimented with this for long enough to know it's effects for me. I did it for 3 weeks, which probably wasn't enough, but in that time, I got sicker...although I also wasn't taking in enough nutrition otherwise.

        if you found for yourself meat makes things worse, you maybe have found your own answer. we can only know what's best for us. some say eat high protein, some say low...some say no fruit, others say it's okay. you can go insane trying to know what to do when views are so opposing. I came to simple self experimentation, based on what I've read and felt made sense, and some just based on intuitive sense for me. meat wasn't an option, it doesn't work for me, I haven't had it for many years. although, as you can see, being vegetarian doesn't get rid of the parasites, I wish. the best diet I tried, and the best I felt was as a raw foodist. but it's a difficult diet to keep up, and very difficult in the winter, when I'm freezing cold anyhow.

        hope some of this is helpful..just keep yourself well hydrated and eat a wholesome diet as best you can (no junk food, processed food, sugar, flour products) that's the foundation in any case...then evict them with remedies, they won't leave on their own without some help.

          for me personally,the warrior diet has helped me tremendously in terms of keeping parasites and other stuff in check.Fasting is the most important part..

          I couldn't agree more. You have to make your system, the internal environment they dwell in, inhospitable, so they will get miserable enough to "give up the host", move on, exodus, adios adios. This is done by bombarding them with anti-parasiticals and strengthening the immune system.

          Diet is important, but some parasites thrive when people eat sugar, others thrive when people eat grains (especially wheat), others others thrive when people eat milk. It really depends on what ails you.

      I agree with many of you---different parasites will respond differently to different things, just as some body types will be able to eat one thing whereas others can't. I'm just sharing what is working for me, and it seems that diet is an oft-neglected tool in our warfare, yet is perhaps the most important one of all.

      For a person wondering what works, an elimination diet might be best. Start out on just eggs and brown rice, two things that *most* parasites will not be able to feed off of. See if your symptoms decrease within a few days. If so, you'll know you're on to something.

      Just know that most sugars WILL feed them, whether it's from fruit or from gluten-containing grains (such as wheat, oats, white and whole wheat flours, etc), and even sweet veggies like corn, carrots, sprouts, etc. This seems to be why meats and bitter green veggies are okay, and why milk (very full of sugar) is not.

      YES, normally fruits and sprouts are WONDERFULLY healthy and important parts of our diet. But in this case, our bodies are overtaken by some horrific scourge, so it makes sense to forgo what would be beneficial in a normal situation. Fact is, our situation is NOT normal. The rules have changed. Fruit is good...normally. But now my health is decidedly not normal. So fruit is not okay.

      I don't know all the Science behind why some foods feed the parasites and others don't (wish I did) so I can't really explain why it does or does not work in great detail. All I know is that it really made a huge difference in my symptoms, and I do mean HUGE (as in taking it down to a very mild mild mild one).

      For me, with these particular parasites (Morgellon's like--no fibers, but adult worms in the body and larva stages on or right under the skin), regular anti-parasite herbs seem to only feed them.

      For example, ginger is used as an anti-parasitical herb, right? Well, these weirdo parasites I've got seem to LOVE it. Also, most anti-parasiticals have additives that these parasites love, negating any killing effect they might have had (for example, the alchohol and glycerin in tinctures seems to feed them, the gelatin in capsules to feed them, etc).

      It's weird, but it's just the way it is--and fighting those facts doesn't help me, but rather accepting that these things are not run-of-the-mill parasites and that I've got to figure out how THEY work so that I can fight them more effectively.

      Of course, I've been through the typical round of doctors who say I can't possibly have what I have. So have most of you, and, sadly, this means we're basically on our own. I'm trying out the alfalfa bathing regimin that the one gal suggested, and hopefully it will also be beneficial, but I'm also happily sticking with my diet and with the salt. I just wanted to share the diet information in case it might help someone else as much as it has me.

        well you and glaxony have me thinking about doing another test run on no fruit, if I can stand it.

        processed sugar I definately notice makes me worse, brown rice is okay, but I don't feel so great on it. eggs make me feel quite sick. I'm a weird case. I've noticed much of what seems to work well for people, doesn't for me, and this goes for herbal cleanses too. it's the reason I turned to making my own.

        fruit has never given me a problem, it's probably the one food I do best on. but I should do some experimenting to know for sure. these varmits can survive through anything I've found, even no food, so I don't expect avoiding fruit will kill them outright, but will it weaken them and make them a bit more susceptible to being evicted? something to think about.

      I also firmly believe diet is key. From my understanding parasites feed of sugar first and foremost. Meat is more for us and parasites might get some...(i'm unclear on that if anyone knows the specifics i'd love to hear it).

      It's the acidity of our system that makes us a great carrier of these things. Inside we look like chernobyl as if a nuclear bomb has gone off and all the positive flora have gone, just leaving a deserted and hostile terrain that only parasites can thrive in. I believe our goal should be to restore that terrain so that we can get the probiotic flora to take hold once again and shoo these things out. Anything that ferments down to sugar inside us should be cut out. If you haven't checked out the Body Ecology Diet I think it's a pretty good bible for getting your system back to where it's supposed to be.

      The only time i felt like i was on my way to freedom from this was when i was living by the B.E.D. principles. Now i have slacked off and gone back to my old ways of SAD consumption and they are back with a vengance and multiplied it seems. I too have many of the morgellons symptoms it seems but also without fibers.

      It seems that if you have parasites you most likely would have candida as well. At least that is what i have understood at this point. Someone please correct me if you have good reason to believe otherwise.

      I don't know if any of you have ever played Starcraft but the alien race (the Zurg) can only go where they send the "creep" which is a sludge like substance (ie. they're home turf). This is how i see Candida. It creeps and it tunnels and bores it's way through us and lives in tandem with the parasites. It also live by the same nutritional principals as parasites. Alkalinizing is the only hope to truly rid ourselves of this scourge as far as i can tell. And it means changing everthing about the way we eat and live and consume. All these herbs just seem to be bandaids on the real problem of our inner ecosystems being ripe for plunder in these acidic states. They see us like dirt, decomposing us before our times. We need to teach them that we are still vibrant and alive and not ready to be decomposed just yet. The only way for us to win this, i think is to become quite extreme individuals and become our own doctors as someone said. Because Doctors don't fix this and don't believe in it either for some reason. And the knowledge has to start somewhere.

      There is so much to learn when you have something like this and I just try to see the bright side of it. I'm so amazed at the intricate system that are our bodies and the more i learn the more i'm in awe. Hopefully one day we can share this knowledge we are all learning on this path with others because i see more and more strange diseases and ailments popping up amongst younger and younger people.

      Back to diet... I know beer specifically feeds mine the most. Obvious, I know. Beer is very high in i think it's fructose. (the water sources in it are highly suspect as well).

      Raw seemed to work well for me but i lost a lot of my energy. I went back to meat + raw and that seemed to help. Lots and lots of probiotics as well. I started to turn the tide about 6 months ago but those parasites fought back so hard i folded. I think i'm ready for a re-match now. I also like the salt info. That's great. I just thought i was a Vata but apparently it could be giving me energy because it's taking away theirs! Awesome!


      PS. I know that tobacco is a powerful anti-parasitic. Has anyone ever had success with topical application?
      Smoking organic tobacco might keep them out of your lungs but they would just go elsewhere anyway.

      PSS. I have 2 members of my family on the Marshal Protocol. They rave about how they are being healed. I am suspect because of the lack of nutrition advisement and sublimation of vitamin D. But Intercellular bacteria (which the MP kills) is the same thing as parasites as far as my research goes.... I think it's a case of the micro and macro in the human body being related just as the human ear has all the accupuncture points in the human body. Also Intercellular bacteria is passed from mother to child so we often get a load from the get go... but have the stomach full of probiotics to keep them at bay for a while.

      Thought I'd pipe in because the diet you're suggesting is loaded with parasites.  Just different ones from what you're suffering with--but they will eventually harm you.

      Morgellon's is a new disorder, I'm sure stemming from some hybrid parasite someone harvested & cultivated in a lab.  Please Read "The Manual for the International List of Causes of Death" 1939 Edition(pg. 391).  Also, the U.S. and other governments have been harvesting/cultivating the Rabies, Meningities, Toxoplasma Gondii and Candida Albicans parasites since the early 1900's.  Toxoplasmosis not only thrives in cats, the government is/was harvesting and creating hybrids of this parasite inside of cats--using them as living incubators.  The Toxoplasma Gondii parasite is the cause of BiPolar disorder, Depression, Anxiety & Schizophrenia.  So much for the psychology" industry.  Links are listed below:

      Staying parasite free is an ongoing process.  They're everywhere and the only way to fight them is with organic foods, oils, nuts, and remedies.  Fruit is NOT the enemy.  The "sugar," enzymes & acids in organic fruit is what kills parasites!  If you've never watched The Gerson Miracle, I highly recommend you do.  Also look up Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy cures Cancer/Yeast Infections/Parasite infections, and Baking Soda Therapy (Dr. Tulio Simoncini)

      All meat (and eggs)--and there are no exceptions to this rule--are riddled with parasites.  This is where we get salmonella, e-coli, Candida Albicans, etc.  All parasites!  Think about it, it's a dead animal sitting, fermenting, rotting--then we cook it, serve it and eat it.  Even when properly cooked, leaving this cooked meat in a plastic bag will cause it to rot and decay, just as it does inside of your moist, dark, 98.6 degree body.  This is where we get 'gas.'  Processed sugars do the same; ferment, rot, gas, bloating.  Red Delicious apples and apple seeds are the best at annihilating parasites and acid reflux.  The "sugars" in organic fruit are nothing to be afraid of; 'in fear' is exactly where Western Medicine wants you because if you fear fruit you'll be eliminating one of the best weapons you have against Parasites.  Vitamin C's acids(from fruit) head directly to the inside of Cancer cells, bacterial cells and parasites.  It turns into Hydrogen Peroxide and blasts them from the inside out.  This is the true beauty of Mother Nature.  And this will only happen by eating fresh, organic citrus fruit. 

      Next to Sea Salt, Baking Soda is the only other salt a human should consume.  Sea Salt turns to water in your stomach, so no damage there.  Your Pancreas is supposed to produce Baking Soda to help extinguish the bad acids we ingest....like from table salt.  But our Pancreas is often so damaged by parasites and overwork from Insulin production, there isn't much left to produce Baking Soda properly.  So if you have to ingest "salt," those are the only options.  All others will cause acidosis provoking parasitic growth; like from Candida Albicans.  Be careful, drinking Baking Soda water (1/2 tsp per 4 oz of Reverse Osmosis water) will cause you to burp....loudly.  So don't do this on date-night.  ;)

      The Candida Albicans parasite is what's commonly referred to by Doctors as a "yeast infection."  Tartaric Acid or "yeast" is normal for our bodies to produce,but it's meant to acidify parasites, not you.  Unfortunately, Candida Albican parasites love yeast and thrive off of it.  So anything with yeast, sugar, processed carbs, or Genetically Modified Foods will provoke an immune system response from you, propeling acid(yeast) production, feeding Candida Albicans.  When your Doctor tells you to 'stick out your tongue' this is what he's checking for.  Pro-Biotics are the best line of defense here--at least 30 Billion parts.

      I agree 100% with the post about the diet. Thank you for all your tips, people are misguided by too many companies trying to sell their natural products. Morgellons is NOT an illness I was a firm believer that CDC and the medical community were conspiring to hide the secret of a new illness until I read medical reports from doctors in other countries like Syria and Israel about a new form of SCABIES that does not have the same symptoms as the scabies known in the US. If there is stinging and crawling most likely IT IS SCABIES.

      First inspect your knees, elbows, and detect the areas where you feel the most crawling at night (people with scabies feel it most in soles, knees, palms, scalp). Some people don't have the bumps because its an evolved form of scabies. The common scabies meds (Ivermectin, Albenza and permethrin) may not work for you the first time unless you take the pills for a longer period to bombard the mites.

      The diet is the 100% sure way to stop the stinging right away it worked for me on the first day I decided not to eat the whole day just to see what the reaction would be. ZERO STINGING. I only drunk teas w/honey and liquid blended fresh foods. Keeping in mind that scabies mites feed on acidic, oily and sugar. Salt bath with Himalayan salt (check on Amazon.com) will get the larvae eventually, just be diligent and persistent. Make the bath water as salted as you can possibly handle it without burning. I made salt sprays with water to spray bedding, flooring and car rugs. It worked!

      Wishing good health to all! I know as a survivor that there is a cheaper solution. Do not give up you are almost there. You just need to combine the diet with strict daily cleaning with salt. It is a known fact that salt kills ticks and also remember that what works for someone else might not work for you our bodies react differently to products.
