I could not down the MMS, especially in higher doses because of it's taste, even mixed with juice. As I'm sure a lot of people are in the same boat with this, I devised a way that I could still take the MMS without tasting it. After mixing the MMS with Citric acid for 3 minutes, I put the solution in 5 - (000) size Capsules with a dropper and down each capsule with a bit of water. 15 drops of MMS + the added citric acid will fit in 5 - (000) capsules. No taste at all! I ran this by Jim Humble and gave it his blessing. Just make sure you drink water with it and that it does not get stuck in your throat to prevent burning. Good Luck!
This is Jim Humble's response to a similar question on another forum on using capsules: "Sounds like it might work OK, but be sure to drink the water. The liquid is too strong otherwise and might burn the stomach."
I took MMS to 25 drops and dropped down to 5. Stopped 8 months ago, using it only for cold/flu symtoms and burns. Now, when giving to others, I can't stand the smell let alone the taste (And I'm generally not sensitive). Capsules...what a great idea!!!
Thanks,
Carl
I use it this way all of the time. First drink a half glass of water. Then: I use a size 00 capsule and drop MMS directly into the capsule, then the same number of drops of 50% citric acid. I never went higher than 7 drops because it gets full. Then close the capsule and pop in into my mouth and take it with another half glass of water. No 3-minute wait. With 50% citric acid it reacts quickly and probably is well along when the capsule dissolves or pops. Some capsules have a shape that snaps closed, and I prefer these so that they don't slide open as the gas evolves from the reaction. I think this is a great way.
Once I was careless and didn't swallow enough water with the capsule, the capsule must have gotten stuck. I had the same symptom of severe heartburn that took two days to disappear.
