My question is about nail tips. Mine are very white. Almost french manicure
white. If I don't soak my nails in any water for long periods of time they will
stay this color. (washing my hands does not effect it) If they soak in water
they turn slightly transparent and stay that way for a few days and then they
dry out and turn white again. Does anyone else notice very white tips?
This started after about 4 months of being on the ML protocols. I felt that the
iodine/kelp contributed to the greater strength of my nails but what part
contributed to the white tips? They look very nice, if I may say so myself.
Women pay alot of money for this look. I also have natural french manicure
toenails to match.
To me this is evidence of good health changes going on in my body.
I have been following your protocol now for many months with great success. I am
a Candida sufferer.
The alkalising drink has made this single biggest difference to me and I have
started to feel great again. However recently I have started to feel anxiety
again and have been trying to pinpoint what it could be. The only thing I can
think of is that i have started to run alot.
I have been searching this forum for the detox bath protocol to see if this
helps. I did try these a while ago my they made me unwell so I left it.

Now, as to the problem you are having, which may be connected to your Running: Running may Cause Extra Acids to be Released into the Lymphatic Fluids from your muscles and if one does not have enough Alkaline Mineral Reserves, then the Lymphatic Fluids may become too Acidic, thus Causing the Rest of the Body to then Bathe in Acidic Fluids and become Sick and Diseased and Cause Pain and Suffering ?

If you have a real problem with the Detox Baths at 1st, then you need to use just the Peroxide in the water to start with and as time goes on add some Epsom Salt etc !
Because the baths may draw Toxins and Acids out into your Lymphatic Fluids(the Epsom Salt and Baking Soda may be more Harsh than the Peroxide at pulling out Toxins & Acids) and if you do this too Fast and are not able to get these Removed Fast enough thru the skin pores of your body, then some Pain may come about ?
My friend with prostate cancer after going on the Budwig protocol and the
alkalizing drink just went for a PSA test. His readings were down from 18 to 12.

Just wanted to let you guys know about some improvements I have had in the
garden after using some of moreless' ideas.
I have taken over a small vegetable/herb garden. It is mainly planted with
perennial herbs with some space for annual hearbs, salad crops and the likes.
When I got here the garden looked ok but every time I planted seedlings or sowed
seeds the new plants were immediately devoured by snails and slugs. In an
attempt to rectify this problem I have been trying to improve the soil so the
plants may be healthier and not so appealing to the pests. Firstly I sprinkled
rock dust all over and dug it in, then watered with a solution of molasses, fish
emulsion, a pinch of sea salt and a little epsom, finishing off with a thick
layer of mulch. I have been alternatively watering with diluted sea water and
the molasses solution once a week and applied a little more rock dust. [I really
didn't know how much of anything to put on so I have been doing a little at a
time and building up slowly]. I have planted new seedlings and my sewn seeds are
are all flourishing with barely a snail in sight. I don't have a refractometer
with me so I haven't been able to test the brix level but I'm sure it has risen.
Its been a while since I been here, but I still do the detox baths regularly. I
love them, they work for me big time. It took a while to get upto the dosages
and times you say is ok, but I feel the benefits every time I do a bath, which
is 2-3-4 times a week.
My diet too has been effect by your words and I usally avoid too much acid
foods.
and I dug a vegetable garden after getting a refractometer, it is covered in
green manure at the moment.....bring on spring time!
I am doing Moreless protocol and the skin itching is gone after 10 days on the
protocol!

Just wanted to encourage you by letting you know that my mother-in-law has
been taking the alkalizing drink and her energy levels have gone way up from
feeling tired after 4 hours to being able to do housework from 5:30am to 11 pm. Her

I am still on your low (meat based) protein diet and have not had recurrence of
hypoglycemia. Have made phenomenal changes in my life and my family's thanks to
advice on your forum.
I am currently in psycotherapy for treatment of long standing social anxiety
disorder (I have finished that bit now and I feel great)). We also established
my constipation is a stress response and have removed all thought related causes
- this has left us with what is basically a mood disorder relating to impaired
digestion.
I tried to relay to him yesterday information you gave to me some time ago on
this forum but I couldn't remember the finer points and couldn't find the
original message.
You talked about the release of a particular acid (I think it began with the
letter H) during impaired protein digestion that floods the body and causes a
fight/flight response that can last up to 24 hours or longer depending on the
amount released. You described it in relation (i think) to nuts in particular. I
was amazed at the time at your incredibly accurate description of my mood change
and the nature of it (e.g, irritability etc) i have also found this mood change
to happen consistently when you predicted it would.
My therapist is very interested in this information as he treats people with
mood disorders regularly and would like to know more.
I am now undergoing hypnosis to help me kick my more unhealthy habits and help
me stabilize on the right diet since i have not been too careful when the
treatment for social anxiety disorder was so intense. (I know - eating the right
food would have made it less intense!).

Does your body Tense up and do your muscles get tight ready for Fight or Flight

What happens when you get a Cramp in your foot or leg or toes, or for that
matter, what happens when your Heart muscles Tense up too much and Cause a Heart
Attack ?
Did you ever stop to consider what was Causing these things to take place ?
For there is "NOTHING" which happens without a Reason for it Happening !
What does this all have to do with the Adrenal system and Sodium and Potassium ?
Did you know that the Adrenal Glands produces Hormones and send out these to
Cause changes in our body Reactions according to the conditions we may Face of
either being Relaxed or Tensed up from being Happy or the opposite of which may
be Scared or Frightened or Mad or Angry ?
So, just what may Cause these Different conditions in the body to Happen when

afterwards when the Danger has passed !
And the Reason for this may be that the Adrenal System may use the Sodium and
Potassium to Regulate the Osmotic Pressures in our body, Which has to do with
Regulating the pH of the body, and if one is in too short of a supply of either
the Sodium or Potassium, then the Adrenal System may not be able to do it's job
correctly and you may Feel like a Tired ole Whipped Horse !
Now in addition to the body needing this ratio between the Sodium and the
Potassium to be in correct ranges, so that the Adrenal system may do it's job
properly, the body "MUST" also have enough "Calcium" and "Magnesium" in correct
ratios to each other and these in correct ratios to the Sodium to Potassium !
For while the Sodium and Potassium may be used to control the Osmotic Pressure
in the Cell structure of the body, the body "MUST" have the Correct Ratios of
Calcium to Magnesium to provide for the body to have a Solid Base of operations

It may be looked at like in the Building industry, where "IF" you decide to
Build your house upon a Sand pile , instead of a Solid foundation of Clay or
Rock, that when the Rains come heavily, that the Sand may be washed out from
under you and your house may come tumbling down !
So, in the body,"IF" you do "NOT" supply your body with the Solid Foundation of
the Calcium to Magnesium ratios to provide Solid Bone structure and Solid
Tissue, then the Adrenal system may "NOT" be able to do your body any Good by

I woke up this morning with what I can only describe as a 'raging' bladder
infection - the worst I have ever had. Without being a whole lot more graphic
lets just say that I was very, very miserable! All I could do was pace the
floor. I started drinking a lot of water and taking lots of Vitamin C. I have
been doing some footsoaks but not much baths yet. I got in a hot bath with
1c.ES, 1c.BS, 2c.H2O2(3%), and 1t. CH powder. It began to improve at once. I
only lasted 25 minutes in the bath but by the time I got out, the symptoms were
nearly gone. I did the alkaline drink then and now, a few hours later, I am as
good as new and going to take another drink soon. Moreover, when I got out and
all day my painful feet (tendonitis) were the best they have been for months and
have hardly bothered me all day. I think I am now converted to the baths enough
to make time for them more often!
Conventional/Alternative medicine would say lots of water, cranberry juice and
vitamin C (also marshmallow root tea- very soothing). This is what I have always
done in the past. The idea is supposed to be that the lining of the bladder had
become too alkaline, allowing bacteria to adhere and grow. The cranberry and C
are supposed to reacidify the area and cut out the bacteria. Is this another
example of "things not always what they at first may seem"? Because the
alkalinizing bath and drinks definitely did the trick! Thank you Moreless!
I have been using the ML protocol for a year now. Just once a day, it seems to be working fine for me. I look better, I believe the drink is as close to the fountain of youth that you can get. Are you a long time user and what success have you had?
I was going to let you know that I get a xray from my chiropractor every year
for my neck to see how well I'm coming along and last year showed I had some
calcification (bone spurs) on my spine and this year after starting the ML
drink, they are gone. I know I'm just assuming here but what else could it be?

I was visiting my in-laws last week, by mother-in-law confided in me that she
has trouble sleeping and had not slept the prior three nights. I remembered your
advice to "not eat protein at dinner" and shared it with her. I talked to her

I used to get very tired after a bath and I am almost sure that it was because
of not enough blood going to my head. The heat from the hot water dilates the
blood vessels in your body except for your head which stays out of the water.
This causes less blood to flow to your head and can make you lightheaded and
dizzy. The same thing happens if you stay in a sauna for too long which causes
the blood to pool in your legs and away from your head. I now keep my head under
water except for my nose and mouth while wearing swimming goggles and I don't
feel tired at all after a twenty minutes bath anymore. This must be because I am
now getting enough blood to my head. This is the only change I made. Before I
had to lower the temperature of the water and now I take a bath with really hot
water and don't feel tired at all. Plus I noticed that my ph is higher too! It
must be because I am pulling the acids from my head too. And am only taking one
half of the Armour thyroid I was taking before and still doing fine. Amazing. I
think the reason you don't get enough blood to your head if you stay in a sauna
too long is because you're sitting up where you're practically horizontal in the
bath tub when you keep your head under water. It's gravity.

Thank you for the response. I have been taking a few grains of epsom salts 2-3
times a day for the last six months after having read about it on your website.
It has helped me with my blood sugar control.
I have ordered the pickling-lime and have the other ingredients to begin taking
the alkalyzing drink. I am looking forward to beginning it in a day or two and
can hardly wait until the lime gets here.
