New today and have some questions by  #91306  5 year  682  Master Cleanse Supp I just started the MC today, I had success with the SWF, amazingly fast I might add. I was reading a bunch of the questions in the forum and I have a couple of questions. First, does it really matter if you use grade B maple syrup or can you get by with grade A? Second, will it negate any benefits if I take a couple of tablespoons of ground up flax seed daily while doing the MC? And lastly, I keep seeing reference to P&B's or B&P's, what exactly is this.
