"Credible doctor from Columbia University" His degree is from Columbia and went into psychiatry. In the days that
he studied medicine, doctors received either about zero or three credit hours in
nutrition. (Same background as Dr. Stephen Barrett of Quack Watch - MD
with no nutritional training, and a psychiatrist.) What does his diet

You are correct most doctors know nothing about nutrition unless they learned about it professionally or other...
He has written 6 books on raw food and is a raw foodist himself. The diet is 7 days juice fasting then raw food. 21 day program in the beautifull hills of Arizona.
It's not simple.... which fruits and vegeatbles nuts and seeds make this work? He knows and no you dont have to use him but your nutritionist after reading the book will get the idea.
