I happened to find a bottle and would like to try to incorporate it into my flush this
coming saturday night. Its a replacement for the Epsom Salts right?
Whats a good protocol?
On those occasions when I just can't deal with four doses of Epsom Salts I have used magnesium citrate. It is an effective laxative, but it does not seem to have the same qualities of relaxing the biliary ducts as the ES. Here is my compromise method of using the liquid mag. citrate. At 6 pm I drink a bottle of mag. citrate instead of the ES. At 8 o'clock I take Epsom salts to make sure the biliary ducts are relaxed and able to pass large stones if necessary. The next morning my first dose is also Epsom Salt to hopefully flush out any remaining trash. For the fourth dose I take another bottle of mag. citrate for a final flush of the colon. This method works much better for me than mag. citrate only; but still gives some respite from the always awful Epsom salts.

WHat worries me is that it might not have the same properties relaxing the ducts.
I think what I may do is take the magnesium citrate for the first dose, some epsoms for the second, and then in the morning maybe just do a salt water flush or do one epsom dose and then a salt water flush. This is what I did last time. I only have one bottle of the citrate, I didnt realize you were supposed to take the entire bottle for one dose!

You may not need the whole bottle. My colon tends to be sluggish, partly due to a spinal injury and lack of movement. If a half bottle gives you several good BMs, then it will be all you need. I also need four teaspoons of ES instead of three teaspoons (One tablespoon). It can be a challenge to find out what works best for our needs.
Trysten, the id "knows" around here is Doc Sutter from the Ask Dr Sutter forum. The man defeated liver cancer doing a coke flush. I don't know who's protocol this is, but here's what he did:
