i wonder if it is ok to put these things into veg gelcaps if i have trouble getting them down in a drink? i know this might start becoming a bit tedious for me but i really have trouble drinking that powdered kelp or sprinkling it on food.

Taking it in capsules is fine to do!

It just is that when one buys the Kelp in capsules, that this is so much more expensive than when in bulk powder!

I try to make suggestions so those who may not have extra money, may be able to find things within their budget which they may do to help themself!
