Hi, I'm new here. I have since the beginning of this year started to smell from my armpits. No matter how much I shower or how much deodorant I use -- the smell keeps coming back in a few hours. The weird thing is that my armpits are completely dry all the time (except when I'm exercising of course). How come I smell if I don't sweat anything? I do know that you normally always sweat a little, but that it's not noticable. Ok. I can deal with that, but why doesn't the deodorants (and I've tried many) make any difference?
Why does this happen, and is there some natural remedies (herbs, colonics, etc.) that work? Should I even try contacting a professional doctor about this, or will they just tell me to use even MORE deodorants? I have problems with bloated and gassy stomach and have done colonics before, but the problems have returned each time. Three weeks ago, I tried switching to LCHF diet (Low Carb High Fat) and it worked wonders! My stomach feels reliefed and I have little to no gasses. The best part is that the farts don't smell anything at all anymore!
But... I still have this nasty armpit odor emitting from me. What to do, and why does it happen without any sweat?
Hey there! I have just the answer for you! Colon cleanse. If you do enough herbal colon cleanses your stinky odor will disappear. I quit wearing deodorant cuz i didn't smell anymore. Also when you consume alot of animal products you smell more.
I hope this helps.
Hi, I am sweating & smelling also under my arms & I rarely sweat anymore in general but when I am on a protocol as I am now. Even when not really sweating, I can smell it. I think is the same as you.
I am trying to add some fats but don't know what to use.
I am on anti candida diet, etc & have leaky gut so my diet is limited.
I think avacados are okay but other than that I am lost. I have been avoiding fats for years due to my IBS.
Did you find anything that worked? I've got the same issue I think.
I've solved my digestion and my acne (moderate carb paleo with no fruit or nuts), I think I've got a lead for my dermatitis (going to try biotin supplements), but this weird smell has me totally baffled.
