Holding at 163.2:-) Have a whole weekend to drop the 3 by Monday(I hope)...LOL But I would like to say the support on this board has been great! When I started, there was a pretty good size group and for me when the group "disappears" I normally do too, because I feel I am by myself. But I told myself this time, it doesn't matter if the "group" is not here, I still have to do this for me, because I REALLY want to lose weight. So, that is what I did and glad I have accomplished. I will be honest, these two weeks were NOT so bad AND they went FAST! I mean I have been here on this forum off and on for about 3 or 4 years but didn't totally complete the whole two weeks....Would start out strong, then plateaus would hit and I would binge and quit. So, to anyone starting or wanting to complete, just hang in there and do it! I told myself yesterday that the 60 pound gain wasn't overnight OR two weeks, so I can't expect to lose it in that time period either. Just glad to be going downward and onward;-)

your a great inspiration I love reading your post. You help me get through my fast (day 3 here) i found out i have Bronchitis so doing anything physical besides walking and coughing is kinda hard for me but i walk at least 3 miles a day and i waitress at night so i think i am doing okay...i can't wait until i can do more. how long do you run? oh and i don't take any meds for my bronchitis i figure plenty of water and rest will help me get throught this.
