I just received my MMS bottle today hoping that it will help my poor health (which can be described as fibromyalgia, poor sleep, major itching, headaches etc...)
i plan to take my first dose tonight but i'm still taking a sleeping pill (remeron) in a very small dose, i'm in the process of weaning of it right now
is it ok to take sleep meds with mms, should i take it like an hour before of after the mms maybe?
i don't want to waste the mms by taking it with a drug but i don't really have the choice right now.
tried some gaba, 5-htp, plants without success, and i can't have ornithine in canada
last thing, i drink like 3 liters of strong alkaline water (from a water ionizer with high ORP and PH), Thus it is quite antioxydant...will it neutralize mms like vitamin c does if taken to close from on another? maybe i should take a break on this water and focus on mms right now
You may well find you don't even need your sleep meds once you start taking MMS, since in many cases (my husband and family included) it often promotes a full night's sleep - just what the doctor ordered:)
Good luck with your MMS journey = please keep us posted with your progress, and remember to GO SLOW (ie start with 1 or 2 drops only, and increase very slowly)
Glad you had a good night's sleep! It can really change your day when your body has had a chance to "recharge" overnight...As to upping your drops, are you taking MMS once, or twice, a day? My protocol was: vitamins, etc. at breakfast, MMS an hour after lunch and again before bedtime. I started out with 1 drop at noon, then 2 at night. The next day, I took 2 in the morning, and increased to 3 at night. Most people seem to handle the higher dose better at night, while they are sleeping (any nausea etc. doesn't seem to be as disruptive, and there is often the "soporific" effect - good sleep:)
The most important thing is to listen to your body when it comes to increasing dosage, I think. If you're feeling good, keep going up one drop, and if you have a "setback", just cut back by 2 or 3 drops, and restart at that lower level again. Taking a day or two off is allowed :) You'll soon get the hang of it! There have been many shared stories on this website, and one of the common themes is of people going up too many drops at once, feeling "sick" from the detoxing process, and getting discouraged. Go slow, mix your doses with enough water, and think positive! Good luck and keep us posted.
I'm taking it two times a day, before breakfast and at night
This morning i took 3 drops and no side effects so far, so i'm happy i can tolerate it!
It's pretty awful tasting and 3 hours after taking it, i still can smell the clorine, i won't smell it next time...i know the activator works, no need to smell after 3 minutes hehe!
i will keep you inform of my story, hopefully things will get better for me, no treatments seemed to help my health so far
i understand it's ok to take my vitamins during the afternoon then, i find it more convient to take mms in the morning (while at home) then after lunch
Just a guess, but there are probably lots of toxins being eliminated... they have to come out in one form or another. Some people get the runs, some vomit, some get flareups of rashes. Make sure you are drinking lots of water.
