I would recommend you take as many bile movers (ginger, garlic, tumeric, peppermint, bitter foods, kale, beets) as is comfortable for you, increase fiber in terms of food, and add Kefir to your diet (fermented milk drink, better than yogurt).
I have been taking chanca piedra on and off for the past year, it's good to take around 1 week break every 2 months or so. I've been wanting to stop flushing for ages now (I have done 52 flushes since 2006).
Something unique that has happened with me is, when taking chance piedra (tincture) 3 days later, I released a huge blockage on my left side, ever since, "sand" has been pouring out! flush or no flush, sand has been pouring out for 500+ days.
I also had a completely blocked up right nostril, could not breathe thru it, ever, the doctor said the passage was too small, and would need an op to make it "larger" it also made my nose look bigger.
A month after I started taking chanca, I was lying down, and I felt 5 stones move across my chest, instantly my nose opened up, and I could breathe, properly, 2 days later I saw those stones, they were pure white floating stones (!) and they smelled horrible.
When you are in detox mode, very weird things happen, on the emotional side, you start feeling like you had a fight with someone every day, depression sweeps you down and then you are euphoric for days! old symptoms you thought were unrelated flare up leaving you feeling like wtf?
It is a lonely path, you can't relate to medicine as you once did, the only thing that keeps me going is, sheer will sometimes.
Things I've noticed is that, low bile = low mood, tired, depressed, angry, restless, etc. I have removed so much toxic crap in the last year, it is the only thing that shows me some hope, since when the toxic crap goes, alot of my symptoms go with it.
You have Gilberts, which only suggests that you aren't making enough bile, genetically it might mean your bileducts are smaller or your liver cells less able, if this were the case, you would have the issue since birth, but gilberts only sets in.. around 20s, usually when something 'stressful' happens, right?
As for temp, I've had down right fevers, banging headaches and feeling like I was going to puke for a week when some of the toxic crap left, sigh.
