I have had a few issues over the past few years which I've been trying to address through diet, but with not a lot of success.
I had a serious case of dishydrotic eczema on the palms of my hands. Open cracked blistered skin on palms. This has cleared up now, thanks to calendula and also Omega 3.
Hormonal acne- has improved since I began taking spironalactone around one month ago. However, I know I have gallstones, and I would like to do a flush so I could remove Gallstones
and hopefully improve hormonal balance (naturally) in the process....? I am not sure if that's a good treatment plan?? I would appreciate some good advice here.
Also, cloudy mind, forgetfulness, mood swings etc.
I did a spit test for candida (spat into glass of water first thing in the morning) and I got stringy things hanging down and stuff in bottom of glass too, indicating candida problem.
OK. So I thought I could try the BUDWIG diet for my skin issues. I have tried vegan diet and that just didn't work. So Budwig diet sounds promising. However, I don't know if I should just go by Budwig diet or if I should avoid all fruit/and fruit juice etc.
Are carrotts okay on Candida diet? What about prunes?
I have serious Sugar
cravings- a symptom of candida?
What about coffee, or black tea (ok on candida diet or not?).
I also feel like I should do a parasite cleanse so I can then do a liver flush. Any ideas about which one is most anti-candida?
One more thing: I purchased acidophilus today. It has some fructose in it. I couldn't find anything unsweetened. Should I take it or will it feed candida?
