You'll do ok, though certainly not as well as you would with fresh, live juices. Well worth the investment in a juicer!
There are a few fruits and veggies I like to do in the blender. I whiz them with pure water, then strain well, some I dilute, some not, and drink! Yumm!

Really, you can do this with any soft fruits and veggies (carrots and beets would be considered not-soft).
