Thanks everyone, I know it's a weird thing to get excited about, but it just made me so happy! Real progress for once! Also, the tingling and numbness in my limbs has stopped and I don't feel so tired or shaky as I did.
My food has been pretty much the same, kind of boring, but also might be considered controversial to some as far as what's allowed, what's not, etc. All the info out there is so conflicting anyway. It makes my head spin!
I've been having a salad, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, sometimes cucumber or shredded cabbage, spinkled with broken-up pecans and a dressing made out of olive oil mixed with apple cider vinegar and Italian seasonings. Sometimes afterwards I'll have a fruit like a pear or apple or some blueberries.
I think the best thing we can do is to boost our immunities with great raw vegetables and some fruits.
It's funny, because I did feel a bit worse, and now I feel a bit better!
