First, thanks to everyone for their helpful info!!
I finally started on CS 10ppm today. I took 2 tsp of Sovereign Silver and placed it in a clean spray bottle. First, I sprayed each nostril twice. This burned quite a bit at first. After that, it left my nasal passages feeling as if I took a swim in a strongly chlorinated swimming pool, and that sensation hasn't left yet.
about 6 hours later, I did a sinus flooding putting one dropperfull in each nostril as I laid my head back off of the bed for 10 minutes, then turned over. Nothing drained out. My throat felt a slight burn.
Could anyone please tell me if what I am feeling is normal? I hoped to feel relief, but I actually feel a whole new annoying sensation on top of the other symptoms.

**Additionally want to add, I have seen strange bits of black string in dark green mucus that has come out 3 times since using the CS. I'm searching for what this could be, any idea?

Sounds like the CS is working. It often gets a whole lot worse before it gets better, die off. The black strings and dark green mucus are IMO the result of the CS killing the infection. Sometimes when I killed off stuff in my sinus, I would be so stopped up I would have to breath out of my mouth for days.
A nebulizer would work a lot better with less irritation. Generally ionic silver doesn't irritate anymore than water. If you snort water up your nose it doesn't feel good either.
Sounds like your killing off something or at least flushing out your sinuses.
I would recommend ionic silver as the best form to use for nasal/respiratory infections and for topical applications. Colloidal silver is still good - especially if you use a top quality product (I am not very keen on Sovereign Silver - they are better at marketing to health outlets than making product, imo), but the general rule of thumb is that ionic silver works best in applications before it has to pass through the digestive system and colloidal silver is best otherwise. Some websites will tell you differently, but they are wrong and their tests and data have been manipulated for their benefit - something that is altogether too common when it comes to the many colloidal and ionic silver products.

I also got a burning in y nose the first time I nebulized with colloidal silver. i also had a stining in my lungs about thirty miutes later. The next time I neblized I did not get the nose sting or a lung sting. This tiem it was in the back of my head. Time # 3, I had a sting on the tops of my feet. I think the colloidal silver is doing its job.
