    after the initial parasite/bowel cleanse, recently the liver flush, today i decided to do my maintenace dose. i did a coffee enema to stirr things up a bit, since i haven't been pooing since the liver cleanse, then another one after with pure water, a bit of empsom salts and a couple cap fulls of black walnut tincture. i felt like there is so much inside me that needed to come out, but wasn't!

    well! was i right or what! out came a thing that looked like a badly beaten up roundworm or, tapeworm??? i don't know, it was about 6 inches long, and a shade of light brown, but in very bad shape! could that have been in me since my para cleanse about 3 weeks ago? ewww. then came out this slug like thing. it was really really gross, about an inch long, half inch wide and very dark brown,almost black on the edges. no, it wasn't feces, it was very slug like as i poked it with the poo stick! along with all this zoo came out some strange tiny eggs brown and white, not very many tho, then some very tiny about 1/4 inch brigh red worms, maybe 4 or so.

    geeeeez, then some of the remains of the liver flush, some crumb like little bits of pale yellow stuff.

    i feel sick right now...and feel like im barely beginning to clean out the wildlife in me! worse, the Epsom Salts dont work for me as a laxitive'. don't know what to do, i so badly want to expell what is in me! ideas???

      i havent seen many parasites in the toilet but today during my colonic we saw lots of nasty residue float by...... have you gotten a colonic... they work sooo well.... how about senns tea.. or cascara

        i've been thinking more and more of a colonic. maybe next week? i never had one done. gonna go read up on experiences and get myself acquainted!
        senna doesn't work either, haven't tried the other.

        thanks for your suggestions...i feel so blah right now....ugh...

          i feel your pain, so to speak...i going through a terrible bout of exhaustion from the cleanse i am on...but from what i am seeing in the toilet bowl i know it is the right thing to do. i am trying to beat my chronic constipation with more raw foods in the diet...it is so frustrating retraining the bowels.

      I am hearing more people say they are constipated after doing liver flushes, the empsom salts don't work. I am not sure I want to do the Liver Flush now. I have trouble going now. I don't need any more problems. I do coffee enemas when I am feeling sick, but I don't want to have to do them on a regular basis. I am also hearing that there is an amonia smell. Will the orthinine pills take care of the amonia smell? I really need to clean out my live,it feels swollen and I know it's filled up with stuff. Can anyone put my mind at rest that this will work and be ok?

        Please don't do the Liver Flush because of that reason!

        The benefits far outweigh that problem.

        Being constipated is a problem you can conquer.

        I've had problems with chronic constipation for years. Right now I'm doing pretty well with some various products that would be a lot for most people, but not for me: From Unicity Corp (multi-level network marketing deal, you have to order them) - Li Fiber in A.M., Nature's tea (laxative tea) at night, 1 or 2 of their aloe vera capsules at night, and even that by itself wasn't working half the time, so I started taking Julia Chang's chinese bitters again, 1 teaspoon in the A.M., and that regime right now seems to be doing the trick. They are a bit loose, but at this point, better out than in. Going 2-3 times a day without a problem. Lots of water & fresh vegetable juice, avoid flour & nuts, gluten, anything that tends to "pack" in the colon. Regular exercise is important, try massaging the abdominal area, get the energy flowing in the pelvic region with deep breathing, yoga, stretching. I shouldn't be this dependent on products, and I hope to someday have everything working well on its own again, but in the meatime, if you're cleansing, you don't want that stuff putrifying in there, so keep trying various products. good luck. I feel for ya.

        well, everyone's body is different but in my opionion please do not miss out on the liver cleanse! it's so far been the most effective for me, especially for expelling dead parasites! the olive oil just might unclog you if the salts don't. that's what it did for me untill i threw it up. i was first dissapointed with the parasite cleanse, then with the fact that i din't hold down the olive oil...now im thrilled with the results now that i think of what i've passed since then, be it by natural poo or enema, it's worth it! i honestly can't wait to do it again altho i was horrified to at first! i'm not kidding you.

        i don't know much about orthinine but i sure am taking it next time to see if will help me sleep through all that stomach gurgling!

        as far as normal bm's - i don't think you will be getting them till you clean out the liver, parasites and intestines. i started with normal bm's so you can only imagine my confusion when i did the cleanse and didn't bm for a few days! i realize now it's not something that will happen over nite. but as long as you've begun you're on your way there!!! please don't be discouraged. :-)

        Apple Cider Vinegar and Constipation
        Per Paul Braggs he says important the bowels move regularly and freely.
        Outgo should = intake. You should have a bowel movement soon after arising and within an hour after meals.
        Flaxseed tea with ACV acts as a bowel lubricant just as fresh fruits vegetables distilled water.
        ACV Bowel Lubricant Drink: boil 2 Cups Distilled water
        add 2 Tbspoons Flaxseed
        Continue to boil 10 minutes
        Strain off flaxseed. The Liquid becomes jellylike.
        Dilute with more water before drinking.
        Upon arising daily drink a cup of it with 1 tsp ACV until you get
        good daily bowel movements.
        Super Bowel Cleanser to Use:
        1 Tbspoon Oat Bran
        1/2 Psyllium husk powder
        to ACV cocktail-a glass distilled water--herb tea--diluted juice or
        ACV flaxseed lubricant drink.
        Let mixture soak 1 minute b4 drinking.
        Braggs says this helps cleanse mucus along the small intestine and colon walls and pulls toxins from gastrointestinal tract.
        I personally fear the Oat Bran ( read somewhere long ago it never
        comes out it is always stuck in the colon????)
        Like one person b4 me that was telling you to use olive oil
        Braggs says to use over salads, veggies, potatoes
        Olive Oil purifies the colon and is just plain good.
        Braggs says for easier flowing bowel movements :
        Squatting is the natural way to have a bowel movement. It opens
        up the anal area more directly. I put my feet up on a footstool
        or thrash can to give the same squatting effect.
        Here's a secret I just learned and will never tell anyone.HaHa
        To leave a cheap enema bottle next to the toilet and keep castor
        oil around to place alittle in it. Use it for emergencies like
        when you feel constipated and want to strain. I found relief
        from this quickey idea. I felt I thought this up all myself but
        I know I just got tired of hurting when I strained any.
        You learn to find a way to solve problems the more you get confronted by these pain in the butt problems.
        Braggs suggests to
        after you get self in squatting position
        to from behind use your fingers to gently pull up on the edge
        of the anus opening-----this helps it roll out easier.
        Damn I say put your finger in the mess and accompany the bowel
        out the door slicing it in half to avoid yourself straining/
        misery.
        I can't get any blunter ....but if it helps folks like us I will
        be blessed by God to help others.
        When you do find yourself hurting than Castor Oil can do you many
        wonders like removing eye makeup, I've seen it in Willards Water
        ...but just apply alittle on your sore spot and Castor Oil per
        Edgar Casey goes thru your skin into the organs and deep heals
        weak sick organs.
        I bet if you use that Castor Oil in an enema regularly to heal
        yourself it will make you feel a whole lot healthier.

        Braggs also suggests to check elimination time:
        Example:
        Have some fresh corn for evening meal.
        Purposely dont chew kernels. Chk stools 2 see when the corn is eliminated. This per Braggs shld b within 10 to 14 hrs.
        When the body is cleansed of toxins and malnutrition...the body
        becomes healthier and starts working more normally.
        Constipation leads to many health problems per Braggs like
        arthritis.
        He (Braggs) says impt 2 cleanse and open your pipes (colon
        and arteries) by following the Bragg Healthy Lifestyle.
        The body is self cleansing and self healing we gots to do our
        part to make bod work right and vitally. ....
        Braggs says fasting is a must like all the famous guys b4 us did.
        Water is the answer to good health and no constipation problems.
        Swallow white/black mustard seeds daily whole without chewing.
        First thing in a.m., eat figs or banana. eat ripe banana after dinner.
        sprinkle oat bran 2 T. on everything you eat like soup salads stews
        daily.
        in the a.m. 1 Tablespoon cornmeal in water and drink
        Also try eating a ripe avocado with onion and lemon juice/and spices like curry cumin to taste.
        Aloe Vera Juice is a must in the am and b4 bedtime. 2 oz is good to drink.use stevia if needed.
        Sweet potato eaten as a dessert soft cooked is great.
        Carrot Juice is wonderful. It opens up the lungs too as well as other things.
        Grapefruit juice in the am is great.
        Cooked cabbage eaten full of fiber helps
        Pumpkin seeds are great for guys.
        Apples great.
        Salads, bayberry tea, prunes,
        make candy with prunes raisins figs apricots and oats, seeds.
        eat slice of it as candy daily.
        EXercise exercise exercise is good for bowels which is what I should do but don't enough.
        Pineapples papayas great for Colon Cleanses .
        Stress causes to much constipation so don't do that either.
        Laugh and enjoy rubs from the wife.
        eat nothing but tomato everything in every way to clean alot of your organs like colon stomach prostrates liver alot of things.
        theres lots of recipes with ACV to clean out what you need cleaning when taken alittle daily.
        well i think i ran out of gas.
