Buddy you have a lot to learn about the human body and what it's necessities are. Animal meat is NOT necessary for proper human health. Humans are NOT CARNIVORES. While it wouldn't hurt to eat RAW meat on occasion, our bodies do not require it.
You claim these vegans have Zero muscle mass, Zero energy and are terribly unhealthy...?? Wow. Complete ignorance. Aside from the obvious, even if these people were unhealthy, the fact that they don't consume meat is not the culprit. Most people are unhealthy. Even most vegans are unhealthy. But Meat-eaters (human) are usually more unhealthy than than vegans. Cooked meat is terrible for human body. It renders the meat very difficult to digest and mostly toxic to the body.
And in regards to vitamin deficiencies: Green plants have plenty of Vit B12 in the amount the body requires. Yet another lie that is fed to you that won't get enough B12 if you don't eat meat. And if you eat healthy, then your body doesn't have such a tremendous need for B12, as it does for most in this day and age.
And Vit D! The sun provides your body with ample Vit D as long as you don't avoid it because of the false scare of skin cancer with a little sun. The sun is necessary for good health. Your immune systems suffers without enough sun, for just one example.
And Fat! Do you live in a cave?! There is a truth to all the studies done on saturated fats! The only thing- is that EVERY study was done on ANIMAL SATURATED FATS! NOT PLANT Saturated fat! Animal saturated fat is Terrible for you. In contrast, Plant saturated fat is vital. Coconut oil and Palm Oil are the healthiest oils on the planet- greatly because of their saturated fats, among many other awesome benefits. These plant fats actually IMPROVE cholesterol and the heart and arteries, contrary to what "big money" wants you to believe.
The fact is, most people don't know that what they are eating -in today's toxic world- is laced with so many chemicals, toxins, and pretentious claims to be a healthy choice. Just because someone's vegan, doesn't mean they know what foods to buy to avoid toxicity and bad health. Even most "health" foods today are unhealthy. It's any wonder the human race is still going with the food that is provided to us. Our bodies are struggling to survive. This is obvious with unprecedented amounts of disease. Possibly the only way to achieve great health is to farm all of your own food on organic soil.. and not let companies (who have a profit to worry about) intervene.
I must refrain from asking, are you stupid?
however, obviously, I have failed.
Every single living thing in nature, excluding humans, has a purpose and a reason. and I say living thing, rather than living creature, because I include plants to that statement as well.
Carnivores devour the herbivores as a source of food as well as to prevent the plant-eaters from over-populating and over-eating all the plant life. Carnivores also prey mostly on the weak and the sick which helps keep the rest of the herd strong and healthy. Carnivores can only fell prey if they are strong and healthy. Thus, natural selection keeps all animals strong and healthy. The herbivores dine on the plants and their seeds as a source of food as well as to keep the plants from over-growing and crowding themselves, which would choke them and kill them all. The plants consume a diet of sunlight and nutrients from soil rich with nutrients from the manure and carcasses of animals. The waste of both carnivores and herbivores provides the fodder for plant-life. The plants also produce oxygen, while consuming carbon dioxide, whereas animals breathe in the oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. Animals will also eat the fruit of trees, which was created by the tree full of indigestible seeds specifically for the purpose of being eaten, so that the animal may carry away the seeds and deposit them elsewhere in a neat little pile of perfect fertilizer. Each benefits the other.
These are only but a very few of the most obvious examples of how perfectly nature balances itself. Every single action that any living thing(excluding humans) commits is a step in working towards that perfect balance. The reason trees create such an abundance of seeds and that animals have such large litters of offspring is because not all will survive. The squirrels may eat so many nuts, but the trees have made enough to compensate, else they would not have survived. The yolk of an egg was created extremely nutrient-rich to be consumed by the chick and sustain it as it grows from a microscopic speck to a full-grown chick. The yolk is, ultimately, food. Why then should it seem so strange that other animals would seek those vital nutrients for themselves? Especially if the egg is not fertilized, then should all that go to waste? There is no life whatsoever in an unfertilized egg, only the food which would have been consumed by the chick had one been produced. Even if the egg is fertilized, some must still be consumed to prevent the birds from over-populating.
Nature is the easiest thing for me to understand, and I despise how difficult it is for humans to comprehend it.
I am not going to be pulled in to a debate on the liver support forum.
Eggs yolks in a cholagogue (Meaning increases bile flow) broth of stewed dandelion roots were used in England in the olden days to cure difficult gallbladder problems. However, one has to take into account that England didn't have easy access to olive oil and citrus fruit.
Hmm! The cold pressed sunflower oil looks a good alternative to olive and macadamia nut oil and is quite reasonably priced.
Eggs don't suit every one and are a trigger for my biliary colic. It was for me and an excruciating attack would last for hours until I learnt that Epson salt could stop it. That brings Epsom Salt back into the equation and although it can be argued that evidence supporting its ability to dilate the bile ducts is difficult to find it does stop or alleviate biliary pain. Consequently it is prudent to have some handy even if you didn't use any in a flush protocol.
Raw eggs don't suit everyone and unfortunately the poultry and egg industry in many parts of the world have been contaminated by intensive farming and in particular the salmonella bacteria. If one is going to consume several raw eggs then they need to be uncontaminated. Due to this risk factor I wouldn't advise pregnant women to adopt this protocol. The Chinese use a hospital gallstone removal protocol that uses fried eggs after the biliary system is paralysed to build up pressure for several hours. It is not as effective as a basic liver cleansing potion.
Another point to consider is that we Liver Flush for different reasons. Some as a tonic for good health and vitality, some to see if the protocol can help in relieving a chronic condition, some to decongest the liver after years of excess, some to cure a specific condition of the biliary system, some to get rid of stones and end biliary misery and lets not forget those on the mammoth quest of curing cancer and HIV. The Liver Flush protocol one chooses needs to fit the requirements and have support.
In the main this group feeds of the valuable and published works of Hulda Clark , Kelly, but also Lewis, Cabot and Sensiblehealth and variation thereof (I am sorry if I have not mention someone). The group will struggle to support an untried unpublished and relatively different protocol. So if anyone is going to try it then make sure that the originator is around to provide ongoing support.
Here's an interesting recipe that I found, which appears very tasty:
Ingredients
2 egg yolks
Vinegar 25 ml (Can use lime or lemon juice instead)
mustard - mild English sq (May like to use ground ginger)
Sunflower or olive oil (room temperature) 300 ml
Method
Place the egg yolks, vinegar and mustard (approx. 1 tsp) into a bowl and combine well with a whisk
Continue whisking and very slowly add the oil; a little at a time until completely combined
Once all the oil is added continue whisking for one minute to ensure a complete emulsion
Correct seasoning with salt and white pepper (turmeric may have a greater choleretic effect)
If the sauce is too thick it may be thinned with a little boiling water, if too thin whisk in more oil
Chef's Tip
Sometimes the emulsion will not work, when this happens we say the sauce has split or curdled, mayonnaise will curdle or split for a variety of reasons:
The oil is too warm or too cold
The oil was added to quickly
The whisking was insufficient
The yolks were stale
This can be corrected by one of two means:
A little boiling water is placed into a bowl and the curdled mayonnaise slowly whisked into it
A fresh egg yolk and a little vinegar or water is placed into a bowl and the curdled mayonnaise slowly whisked into it.
Great answer.
I am really happy that so many more people are becoming aware of the spamming.
I just found the debate forum CureZone Experts and it shows that the spam knowledge is spreading. We all have to help out, it is a lot of work for moderators to read all the messages.
Telman, My name is not Tinker, it is Tsetsi. I do not live in Boynton Beach, Florida and I am not involved with any internet trading company. Tsetsi is a common name in many european countries and i would not venture to guess how many Tsetsi's are out there, with me being the least prolific one.
Your sarcasm is not appreciated and I will not dignify your future posts with an answer.
My message was in a nice way of saying to everybody "don't send an e-mail, it might be spam". For people who are new on a forum these little tricks would not be obvious. There are a lot of people who would like to find another way instead of a flush, but you would have thought that we all would be using it by now. They would love to get hold of your e-mail address, so they can spam you at home.
Thank you for being so tactful...I just get really irritated when people use a serious and well-run forum for their own purposes.
In fact, it pisses me off.
I am pretty protective of those I care about, and I care about everyone here.
I very much think this person is a spammer and a fraud. He has taken a brief look at what we are doing here, come up with some goofy "flush" to prey on those who are desperate...or nearly so.
This, to me, is the lowest of the low. I really hope no one takes him up on his "offer".
Hi, I am not a spammer and i have nothing to sell. nor am i involved with a sales of any product.
Are you guys reading the original post and the information on it? I have merely included my email in order to answer questions. My intent is to help people. I cannot believe some individuals on this forum are so suspicious. You must have been hurt badly in the past.
Forgive my hastiness as I have participated in MANY discussion forums over the years, and inevitably some joker pops on making claims that are just EXACTLY what everyone on the board wants to hear. Or, some think it a joke, yet others are phishing for email addresses (which is what your post appeared to me to be).
Many people that post here are vulnerable and looking for answers. Many are in a lot of pain and need help. A cure-all or snake oil approach is perhaps not the best avenue of expression. It tends to create false hope for some and incite anger in others (myself included).
Maybe next time try to be less "salesy" in your approach. I just quit a job as Director of Sales for a staffing company in order to be at home with my son...I am uniquely qualified to pinpoint a sales pitch when I hear/see/read one.
I guess it's the old adage...takes one to know one.
I appreciate the fact that you returned to the forum to address the questions / concerns posted here. I will be interested to read the experiences of those who try your method.
Hey Texas! thank you so much for the positive comeback on your part! I guess years of working in various "communications" positions for various companies and editing print material does that to you, but i have no intention to entice anybody into purchasing anything. Healing should be free.
Onto your next point, in fact, i do believe that this remedy is close to being, as you refer to is as a snake-oil /or/ cure-all, simply because i believe in it so passionately! Can i be blamed for that? It really does work wonders for anybody whom i have come in contact with, that has tried, including my immediate family members. I would be most curious as to how it affects you. The whole experience is pleasant; the taste, the process and the after-affect. The results are the best part, because you get to looking like a baby in the face :) the body slims down too!
I will be trying your approach this weekend. Aajonus Vonderplanitz uses a LOT of raw eggs in his very delicious recipes and we regularly use two raw eggs each in a raw cream/raw milk drink with raw honey.
I am aghast at your being accused of being spam; perhaps it was the fact that your original post was so well put together, laying out everything as one needs to have it in order to consider trying the approach.
Nature Spirits maintain the form and energy of plants and animals for our purposes: to nourish the physical form of human beings and other physical creatures. Because fruits and veggies are not openly animated, we do not think of their being alive; however, all who exist on this plane are energy and so are alive. The best way to accept this idea is to accept the fact that we are higher souls in physical casings who require physical nourishment, from whatever source.
Thanks for you information; this could be the way to get my hubby to do a Liver Flush. I will know myself this weekend.
This is one of the sweetest replies I've received on this forum - thank you for that :)
Aajonus Vonderplanitz is still a mystery to me, since i only learned of him from a member on this forum, but i am hard at work, researching his approach. I agree that adding an egg or just yolks to every raw food and even cooked food, keeps you calm, collected and keeps a healthy glow on your skin. I do think we should follow our natural instincts and impulses in the food we take, as an experience on this planet. thank you for sharing your thoughts and please share with me your flush results.
Spam to get you to buy exactly what... ? Absolutely nothing? It's free information, and you may wish to re-read it. Just chockful of good information for those who have ears to listen and eyes to see.
I'm planning to try your Liver Flush soon. Could you let me know any kind of pre-flush or special diet that I need to follow before, during and after my flush?
thanks a lot
God bless you for the work you have done.
I was quite surprised and intrigued by this post last night and I am planning to try this approach. There's nothing to loose and it is cheap and easy. BTW, Aajonus Vonderplanitz uses very similar formulas for cleaning, consisting of raw eggs, raw butter, raw honey and lemon/lime which he calls lubrication formula. He doesn’t talk about liver flushing anywhere but his approach to healing is nutritional only and it has benefits I have personally experienced.
Wanting to find out more about this first time poster I googled him/her. This person always puts his email at the end of the message and it didn’t look like spam to me. Maybe it is just someone who wants to help and is sharing his knowledge. Accusing him/her of spam right away does not appear to be helpful when discussing the message. The initial post is so detailed and tsetsi responded to further questions on the forum that I don’t know why anyone wanting to try this approach would need to email privately. Some of the replies here made me think whether people have ever heard of ‘Giving the defendant the benefit of the doubt’. However, tsetsi should not need to defend himself for offering information. We should thank him and discuss details if we feel the need.
Just because we have tried and proven methods for liver flushing should not blind us to different views. People in the alternative medicine field often and rightfully accuse conventional medicine of an extremely narrow view. Let’s not fall into the same trap.
Irrespective of the above everyone should have a dummy email account when emailing a stranger. This is basic internet knowledge and those who don’t know about it will learn it quickly as I did in the past.
Two questions for tsetsi: How come you need to use non-metal tools?
Is there anything wrong with squeezing the limes with a plastic citrus squeezer instead of by hand? I believe it should be fine. Furthermore it is my guess that the enema could be substituted by Epsom Salts or a salt water flush.
That's ok. I assume you did not read Telman's message, he did some research too.
The rest of us have learned from being on curezone for several years.
This is just a warning about not sending your e-mail address, but feel free to do so if you want to talk to them direct.
