I had a very serious insomnia.
My remedy is:
I take ginko(is a herb that increase circulation in the brain, more oxigen supply for the neurons), one magnesium tablet a day(magnesium is really good for nerves tranquility), and one hour before bedtime a delicious lettuce tea.
This tea put a person to sleep, PLEASE DO NOT USE this tea if you are going to drive or operate a machine.
Buy a lettuce in your supermarket
-Take some leafs but only the GREEN ones,
(for me are 3 green leafs, you must find your correct leaf
-Wash them and put to boil
-Let them to boil for about five minutes.
Drink this tea warm with honey, no sugar.
This tea is not addicted and is a very old insomnia remedy.
