I did my third flush ( Andreas Moritz version) over the weekend. A few weeks after the second one, I began experiencing gall stone pain under the ribs for the first time ever. I had an ultrasound and they found no stones. The pain continued and I decided to try again to relieve the symptoms. This time, an hour after taking the second cup of epsom, I went to the bathroom and expelled 7 brown stones. I am certain they are stones and not stool. Has this happened to anyone before? I thought the stones would only be released after the oil/grapefruit mix, not before. Thanks for your time.
I think that the earlier liver-flushes have altered the dynamics of your bowels and that you need to take a temporary break from cleaning the biliary system until it settles down. Bowel discomfort can mimic biliary pain and is very difficult for doctors to diagnose. You don't want to deplete your bile or electrolytes if the digestive system is out of sorts. I would suggest that you look into helping the bowels because you may be constipated. I had a similar experience during my liver cleaning and I would have sworn that it was the liver but when I treated the bowel with PB shakes and concentrated of eating better the problem disappeared and hasn't returned. When I recommenced liver cleaning I expelled some mucin stones and have felt fine ever since.
I do one or two Liver Flushes every 2 or 3 months as prevention for a clogged liver and have for the past 5 years. I eat an apple every day... and take olive oil often. Maybe that has something to do with it...
