This may be a lot to ask. Ok I am desperate.
I am writing from a rather difficult situation and just wondered if someone could give me some direction. My Father in Law has liver cancer HCC final stage. He has had many cancer operations before, 23 to be exact. He has had cancer of the throat; lung, liver, etc. He seemed to recover from everything.
I live in France. He had liver cancer three years ago, he had it surgically removed and the doctors here in France didn't do a check up on him for three years after that. Now he has two well developed tumors in his liver and he was started on Nexavar two weeks ago
Up till that date he seemed fine, eating, drinking and had as much strength as usual. However now he is suddenly hospitalized, his stomach is ballooning up and he has a fluid that is rich in uric acid in his viscera. He doesnt eat because eating causes pain in his stomach. He is weak and on his last leg.
The doctors have already removed one gallon of liquid from his viscera and they have done tests and they say that the liver has stopped working and that the tumors have in fact advanced and not regressed. I don't think they can do anything for him. Is there something that I could do?
Personally 22 years ago, I had a brain tumor and the same prognosis. I used natural health things, wheatgrass, juicing, trampolining, visualizing, all sorts of things and I am no longer paralyzed and my tumor was half it's size the last MRI that I had. My life is pretty normal now. I have lots of equipment, even Bob Beck's protocol. I just am not sure if there is anything one can do at this stage.
1) Milk Thistle is very helpful in restoring normal liver function.
2) Cancer thrives off of sugars. Taking Cinamon canhelp by reducing the amount of blood sugar absorbed by cancers.
3) Super Bio-Curcumin helps stop cancer growth.
4) Oleander soup is highly recommended as a booster for the immune system.
5) Essiac Tea helps restore proper pH and mineral balance.
6) Selenium is important for the immune system.
7) Vitamin D-3 is extremely important for fighting cancer. My choice is to take 2800 units of Vitamin D-3 daily, not the regular D-2 which is not very effective.
8) Vitamin C and all of the B vitamins are important.
9) Pancreatic enzymes are very helpful in dissolving tumors.
10) Cesium chloride with potassium salts has been known to work miracles.
There are many other helpful things such as CoQ10 and Alpha-lipoic Acid.
Thank you so much for offering that information. Is it possible to administer these things in his condition ? He doesnt eat because of the pain it causes him. His liver is no longer filtering anything.
I thought about using castor oil packs on the liver, non invasive and he doesnt have to eat anything.
I am afraid that I will make die earlier or put him in more pain in the last moments of his life. I really would like to help him. I just dont know what is possible at this stage. Do you know what is feasible to try of all your suggestions at this point ?
No he hasn't taken any alcohol for a while. But here in France they use morphine for everything and they have been giving him a lot of morphine in the hospital where he is staying.
Isn't it better to offer some specific treatments and therapies to someone in this last stage, rather than a list of things which can be good to someone who is in a much earlier stage? Milk thistle, for example? you have to be kidding. Selenium? He needs something that can work fast. I might suggest you go to cancertutor.com and read the part about stage four cancer. I think it might be cesuim which was said to be able to quickly stop the spread of cancer, but I'm only going by memory. But you may get some ideas at that website. I'm sorry for your and his situation.
Yes cancertutor.com is important and I highly recommend it but you may have missed the point. Liver failure will kill someone before there is any chance of stopping cancer if the liver is not addressed first.
Truthfully, I do not know if it is too late or not but my motto is...... "As long as there is breath there is hope."
Oleander is over 90% effective against all types of cancer and I have heard of cases where in the very last stages, Oleander reversed the cancer. However, the damage already incurred to the body has a lot to do with it. Can his immune system be strengthened at this point? I don't know your dad or the situation, so I do not know. And every case is an individual one.

Unless your father in law is under the care of naturopathic doctors or doctors who are open to alternative help, there may be a very big problem in getting any alternativehelp past them.
The suggestion for milk thistle is an excellent one, and so is the suggestion to seek fast acting alternatives such as those on Cancertutor once protecting and cleansing the liver has been addressed, though the element of having enough time bothers me greatly.
As the great cancer pioneer Max Gerson observed, cancer only occurs in the presence of an impaired liver to begin with, and any successful treatment is going to release a cascade or toxins that may overwhelm an already weakened liver. That is why initially half of his patients died of liver failure until he began demanding daily coffee enemas and other measures to protect and cleanse the liver. That is also why more people die of liver failure than cancer who are treated with chemo - because chemo kills cancer cells along with healthy cells, and I would imagine that the cells of an already weakened liver are especially susceptible. I believe it is likely no coincidence that your father's downturn and loss of liver function coincided with the chemo.

Along with milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid is another good one. Here is what I have to say about the liver in my suggested anti-cancer protocol:
It cannot be stressed enough how vitally important it is to cleanse, restore and protect the liver before, during and after your anti-cancer and disease battle. As the great cancer pioneer Max Gerson observed, cancer cannot develop unless the liver is impaired to begin with. An effective cancer fighting regimen can severely tax an already weakened liver because it will result in the release of a cascade of toxins that are released when cancer cells die. Such a release can overwhelm an already impaired liver and can even be fatal if measures are not taken to protect and regenerate the liver. Following is a suggested liver cleanse and suggested further measures to take to cleanse, detox, protect and help regenerate the vital liver:
Five day liver cleanse.
It is best to have day 4 on a Saturday or at a time when you are staying at home.
Day 1: Drink 1 liter (4 cups) of apple juice during the day. Eat as normal otherwise.
Day 2: Drink another liter of apple juice. Eat normally
Day 3: Drink a 3rd liter of apple juice. Eat normally
Day 4: Do not take any sold food after lunch time
6pm - Take one level tablespoon of Epsom salt in a glass of water
8pm - Take another tablespoon of Epsom salt in a glass of water. You may find that you already have to take a trip to the toilet before the 8pm Epsom salt.
10pm - Mix one half glass of olive oil and three quarter glass of freshly squeezed grape fruit juice by shaking it very well in a jar with a lid so that it mixes well and immediately get into bed after drinking the mixture. You will probably make more than one trip to the toilet during the night as well as during the next day.
Day 5:
6am: Take another tablespoon of Epsom salt in a glass of water
8am: Take one final tablespoon of Epsom salt in a glass of water.
You will find that many gallstones from the liver will be passed and one will notice them in the toilet. They will vary in size from about pin head size to 10mm. Gallstones in the liver are a major cause of many health problems.
The above liver cleanse can be repeated every month until one finds that for two months in succession no more gallstones are passed. The liver will then be clean. Other things to do for the liver:
Coffee enemas - help open the bile ducts so bile and toxins can be released properly.
Coconut oil - a wonderful item everyone should take, it helps maintain a good bile flow.
Beetroot juice - is also good for the liver and bile flow.
Turmeric - is a cancer fighter itself, especially for smokers, and it helps regulate bile flow.
Milk thistle - is a must as it helps protect the liver and actually regenerate it
Alpha lipoic acid - another liver supplement that also helps fight cancer
Selenium - a third liver supplement that is good against cancer too.
In the Berkson Clinical Study, three women who were facing liver transplants or chemo with interferon (a horrendous treatment with very low success rates for hepatitis and cirhossis), took milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid and selenium, modified their diets a bit and got some daily exercise and restored their liver functions to normal.
Besides cleansing and detoxing your body, also cleanse your environment to the greatest extent possible of pesticides, herbicides, household cleansers, air fresheners and other manmade chemicals. In an ideal world, you would move to the country where there was plenty of fresh air and sunshine and less stress. In the real world you may not find that possible, so eliminate common toxins in your household, workplace and other places you spend time.
If you have mercury amalgam fillings in your teeth, have them replaced. In many instances, this step alone has led to elimination of cancer. All Cancers are only symptoms. He has never tried to find the root cause of all of those cancers. Most likely congested Liver and body not being able to detox itself.
