Can someone post a link for me that will help me find a comprehensive list of 'night shade' veggies and or fruits?
I have heard that avoiding these, will help lesson the pain of certain types of arthritus. My husband is in so much pain all of the time, and don't know what the correlation is, but if he walks fast, or a lengthy distance the left wrist starts hurting right away. Also, there are certain foods he eats that'll cause pain too, within a matter of an hour or two.
Also, sugar...big NO NO for arthritic joint pain. If you google arthritis type diet you will see lots of veggies, lean meats, no sugar, it's essentially the same diet for everyone to get better! Lots of salads, organic foods.
Thanks - my hubby and I use xylitol forour sweetner, and do try to stay away frome a lotof sugar. He's been diagnosed as type 2 diabetic, so he watches that pretty close.
I did do a google search, on the night shade veggies/fruits - but couldn't find one that was all inclusive. Some were mentioned - but not many.
I thought I'd read something here at curezone that someone had a list, but maybe I am mistaken.
Thanks again.
Also need to learn some things to prevent cataracts.
I heard bilberry was good, along with the omega 3,6,9 and lutein and a few others.
