Strength training during master cleanse?

Is it fruitless to continue strength training while on the master cleanse? Will the body be able to repair the muscle? Is there anyway to preserve muscle while on the master cleanse?

I don't think you have anything to worry about. I have done extended MCs and continued my regular workout, cardio and machines, every day barring crises with no problem.

I like to take 1 T. BLACKSTRAP molasses (recommended for diabetics doing the MC) in a cup of hot water before workouts for extra energy. Some people experience leg cramps and this will take care of the problem before it starts.
