hi all, i thought some of you might be interested in this kombucha molasses idea. I'm currently eating basically once a day and fasting for the other nineteen hours, and feeling a lot of energy. It feels like the body really likes having all this time to 'fast', to cleanse, and just get more 'still'. (less food is more energy, i find, as long as the mineral stores are good, and the food is nourishing)
but while about to have some green tea, I just remembered I have about twelve bottles of kombucha I made in August, that I've corked up like wine, and kept cool. Tried a glass and it's really good. Even better with a little fresh-pressed ginger juice.

Molasses Kombucha mix
This is a great formula for balancing the Acid/Alkaline ratio in the body and supplies Iron and Potassium. This formula is vital for those with Osteoporosis, Arthritis, and many other debilitating diseases.
1. One cup of well aged (sour) kombucha tea
2. One cup of Organic Black Strap Molasses.
Mix together and store in a glass jar and refrigerate and the hungry kombucha will feed on the sugar in the molasses. Careful of glass exploding if left in the heat.
recommended dosage: 2 to 4 tablespoons a day.
