Abstract
The diamagnetic semiconducting molecular crystal tetrasilver tetroxide (Ag.sub.4 O.sub.4) is utilized for destroying the AIDS virus, destroying AIDS synergistic pathogens and immunity suppressing moieties (ISM) in humans. A single intravenous injection of the devices is all that is required for efficacy at levels of about 40 PPM of human blood. The device molecular crystal contains two mono and two trivalent silver ions capable of "firing" electrons capable of electrocuting the AIDS virus, pathogens and ISM. When administered into the bloodstream, the device electrons will be triggered by pathogens, a proliferating virus and ISM, and when fired will simultaneously trigger a redox chelation mechanism resulting in divalent silver moieties which chelate and bind active sites of the entities destroying them. The devices are completely non-toxic. However, they put stress on the liver causing hepatomegaly, but there is no loss of liver function.
What do we do as a people? The system (medicine, science, pharma, govts) are all in on it. They developed HIV/AIDS under the confines of 'cancer research'. The development program was called the U.S. SPecial Virus.
HIV/AIDS is the synthetic biological agent discussed in the Congressional Record, H.R. 15090, page 129. Just as we saw a "baby boom" following the alleged WWII, the United States was predicted a dimilar kind of thing in Africa, and said, we have got to do something or we will not exist.

Well, anyway, here is one person who was cured of Aids and his account of going against the U.S. government:
Eleven years ago, Boyd Graves a lawyer and 1975 graduate of the US Naval Academy discovered he was HIV AIDS positive. Rather than lay down and accept it as a death sentence, he resolved to learn all he could about the disease in hopes of seeking a cure. What Graves discovered shocked and enraged him. Based upon information he discovered in the public domain and through the Freedom of Information Act, he concluded the US Government was involved in a super secret Special Virus Cancer Program he feels is the cause of the dreaded disease HIV/AIDS.
In 1999, Graves discovered the secret 1971 Special Virus Cancer Flow Chart which spells out the incremental development of a laboratory produced virus designed to attack and undermine the immune systems of people of African descent. Graves has sought support from various government agencies, namely, the General Accounting Office, former Ohio Congressman Trafficant, AIDS organizations and finally the courts.
On October 24, Graves will go into federal Court in San Diego California in a suit he filed in an attempt to get the US Government to 'fess up to its role in the creation of HIV AIDS.
While many have attempted to discredit and dismissed Graves' assertions, few have been able to refute the existence of the Flow Chart he discovered in 1999. The very existence of these government documents provide credence to the suspicions of many African Americans that the US Government was indeed behind the creation if HIV/AIDS.
For Graves, it has been a lonely, uphill, and often desperate battle. Not only has he had to endure charges of being a paranoid "conspiracy kook" by those who don't believe the US Government is capable of such reprehensible behavior. (They are either ignorant of or in denial about blankets laced with smallpox given to Native Americans by the US government or infamous programs like the Tuskegee Experiment where hundreds of infected African American males in Alabama were denied treatment so the US government could chronicle the long term effects of untreated syphilis.)
Graves' charges also rankle many in the academic, pharmaceutical, and public health communities who have built reputations, careers and fortunes on the orthodoxy that AIDS originated in Africa the result of human interaction with infected primates. "Indeed the truth is the HIV/AIDS enzyme is the result of a designer virus program of the United States of America and it is conclusive proof," corrected Graves, who has experienced the biases, ostracism, rejection, and government harassment due to being infected by AIDS and because he dared to expose the government's involvement in the creation of HIV/AIDS.
Nevertheless he tirelessly lectures, gives radio interviews, and speaks at conferences trying to alert the public about the government's diabolical program of population control. "We've been at this now for eleven years following my diagnosis of HIV in 1992," Graves revealed. "I didn't stick my head in the sand and as a result of that now eleven years later we have some of the official documents, even the experiments and contracts of a secret federal virus program entitled 'The US Special Virus Program'. These aren't my documents, they are the government's."
Graves is obsessed with getting the word out and sees himself as a modern day David battling the formidable Goliath of the US government. "I'm involved in a modern venue of David and Goliath because there is no more bigger giant than the United States Government. The truth provides strength. I find comfort in the truth and it gives me the drive and initiative to get up each and every day to continue our efforts to expose the truth because over time the truth has always risen to the top and its going to happen here."
Graves put the flow chart on his website www.BoydGraves.com and over 26,000 people have downloaded it. "We've got two dozen scientists and medical doctors who have reviewed this material and to a person, they all agree this federal program is at the heart of the genesis of HIV and AIDS."
Graves has a special interest in the program for he was diagnosed HIV positive. In doing his research he came upon a patented cure for AIDS which he took and now says he is symptom free.
"The United States patented the cure for AIDS in 1997 and that patent number is 5676977 and I tell people to go to www.google.com and type in U S Patent and that number and the information will come up. I tell people to go to the main library and look into the world catalogue data base and put in 'Special Virus Cancer Program' and you will find at least three four or five of those progress reports of the development of HIV are in the main library. Some of these reports are in the public domain."
Graves knows of what he speaks because he took the cure himself in 2001. "Twenty-two months ago I took the US patented cure for AIDS. It is a one time injection, I call it an infusion because it takes about twenty minutes. It's a large plunger kind of thing but that is all I've had and physically I am fine and symptom free."
Graves is eager to get the US Government in court. Earlier suits he filed were dismissed but on October 24th at 11 AM he will have his day in court to plead his case before the US Federal Court in San Diego California in his attempt to force the government to reveal the sordid details about its role in the creation of HIV/AIDS. Graves also hopes to force the government to reveal the patented cure.
Graves is a law school graduate but has not taken the bar exam in any state. Nevertheless, he will represent himself as a plaintiff seeking information on his behalf and others. "A suit can be brought by any individual. Here in this case though, we believe we have done it appropriately by being and individual who has been infected by HIV and AIDS as the lead plaintiff myself in this case going forward."
Graves is confident he will prevail in court but is disappointed in the apathy within the African?American community about the spread of this ravenous disease.
The product available from Marantech is the Tetrasil which is an external topical application that is designed for external purposes only and although has the ingredient in it, it also has a base of wax and oil in the .5 oz tubes they sell for $18 each. IMUSIL is not available and has of recent disappeared from their site due to the crusade i am on to bring this cure to the people in need and that seek the cure. Many of the people i have told about the product have called Marantech and asking about getting the product in which they will tell you they seek Investment monies to go through the trials to begin the process to hopefully one day bring this to market if not in the US atleast in our neighboring countries that do not have such strict rules like our FDA. The formula Ag4O4 is the cure that we all want, but it seems that the USA government and the pharmaceutical manufacturers do not want a cure to be found nor do they want this one. It seems that other governments would produce this as a good chemist could produce this knowing the formula as mentioned above. It is also used in the pool chemical industry. i cannot get that either as no one wants to make it available. Imusil or Tetrasil is the basis for the HIV/AIDS cure. Getting it is the problem. Tetrasil is available, but it is in a basis of petroleum. separating it in an IV might be possible, but not simple. I do not know how that would be done.
The one theory i have is using the tetrasil inside the anal cavity wall which would help i think as that is as close to getting to the blood wall linings as i know how to do.
Using copper is also a virus killer as well, but i am not sure of just what method that will work other than putting it into the anal cavity as well.
i know this is not quite what you wanted to hear, but maybe it will help someone.

There was an offshore clinical study on a "Compassionate Care" basis, of an injectable form of the active ingredient Tetrasilver Tetroxide (TsT). Even though the data gathering protocols were not followed to Aidance's satisfaction, and results were inconclusive by U.S. standards, the results were nonetheless encouraging. Clinical Experiments Show Silver Compound Can Help AIDS Patients: Researchers Say Silver Oxide Offsets AIDS Loss of Immune Response

One dose of silver oxide may prolong the life of terminally ill patients suffering from AIDS, according to a study conducted at an AIDS clinic in Central America. The triple-charged silver in silver oxide appears to significantly increase the effectiveness of silver in combating disease-prone bacteria and viruses that rage through an AIDS-infected patient. This action of silver offsets the loss of the body's bacteria-fighting immune system caused by the AIDS virus.
The ten patients classified as terminally ill at The Struggle Against AIDS Clinic, Comayaguela, Honduras, were treated with polyvalent silver oxide. The ten patients fell into two of the major AIDS categories: Wasting Syndrome and Candidasis, which covers approximately one third of all AIDS cases.
Before the administration of one single dose of polyvalent silver oxide (approximately 40 parts per million of blood volume), the patients were removed from the standard AZT therapy. Following the administration of polyvalent silver oxide, eight out of nine patients showed an increase in their white blood count from 10 to 350 percent. Then they were treated with the standard antibiotics.
Two of the patients had conditions so far advanced that they were unresponsive to the subsequent treatment and succumbed within a year. However, the single treatment appeared to prolong the lives of the eight remaining patients as much as three years. This single experiment shows the promise for the polyvalent silver oxide regimen.
Further research is needed to investigate the optimal modes of administration and dosages of the polyvalent silver oxide for AIDS therapy. Additional clinical trials are now being organized in South Africa to gain more data on its potential.
For more than a century, single-charged silver has been a proven barrier against blindness in babies' eyes exposed to disease during birth. The single-charged silver replaces the working hydrogen atoms of bacteria and extracellular viruses that supply the energy to function. Blocking the energy supply inactivates them. The more powerful triple-charged silver in polyvalent silver oxide signals new potential in combating disease.
In one laboratory experiment, polyvalent silver oxide in as little a concentration as 20 parts per million inserted into cultured HIV-1 infected cells resulted in a 98.4-percent kill. This breakthrough, reported by the National Virology Laboratory of Israel at Tel HaShomer, encouraged the Kaplan Hospital, Rehovot, Israel, to conduct a study of laboratory mice infected with Murine AIDS. A single administration of 40 parts per million of polyvalent silver oxide (Ag4O4) reportedly resulted in an effective cure.
These early experiments with AIDS infections indicate that polyvalent silver oxide may be more than merely a multi-spectrum antibiotic inactivating a whole range of bacteria, such as candida albicans, that ravage the AIDS-weakened immune system. Further studies may reveal that silver also stimulates the body's immune system to restore at least some of its normal function, aiding in the patient's recovery.
For nearly a decade, Antelman Technologies, Inc., Rehovot, Israel, has been conducting laboratory and clinical studies to determine the effectiveness of polyvalent silver oxide for a wide variety of applications. Currently it is available over the counter as the EPA-approved product Sildate, which replaces chlorine in swimming pools, U.S. patents for which have been assigned to the supplier, N. Jonas & Co. in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
The buffer to bring polyvalent silver oxide into an injectable solution for clinical evaluation is supplied by Holipharm Corp., in Jerusalem, which has received the assignment of all rights of U.S. patents for (Ag4O4) AIDS studies under the trade name Tetrasil.

SM: Your research reports that there was/is a cure for AIDS.
BG: Absolutely. The Flow Chart has five phases. In Phase IV A are immunological controlled experiments where they developed the inhibitors, the vaccines, as well as the cure for HIV/AIDS before it was released. There is a cure for AIDS patented in, I believe, October 1997, a one-time injection that eradicates the HIV/AIDS in the blood system without any side effects.
SM: Were you diagnosed with AIDS?
BG: I had a diagnosis. There is some speculation that it might even have been false-positive. There are many conditions. One of the conditions that I had at that time allowed, for Black people in particular, to test false-positive for HIV/AIDS, whereby you were placed on medicines with tremendous side effects. These medicines led to liver failure that killed a number of persons. In November 2001, I took the U.S. patented cure and, for the last 33 months from a physical standpoint, have been in the midst of rejuvenation. Therefore, we do know that the cure is available; it works; we believe it is suppressed simply because not enough people have been killed yet.
SM: What is this cure called?
BG: Tetrasil. It has a second name, which is Imusil. The patent number is 5676977.
SM: Who has the patent on this drug?
BG: The patent was issued to Rabbi Dr. Marvin Antelman of Morantech Corporation in Providence, Rhode Island. In my research and contact with Rabbi Dr. Antelman, he told me he had a college relationship with Dr. Gallo, who had stolen something that he and others had been working on. That led me to think that perhaps Dr. Antelman was given the AIDS cure as a payback by Dr. Gallo. There is a connection between the AIDS invention and the AIDS cure patent program. There is a tetra silver that is used in swimming pools. We found a similarity of the blood in your body with respect to the water in a swimming pool. If you put something in a disc in your swimming pool, then all the water becomes clear. The same is true with this one-time injection of purifying the blood in the body. The process is identical to how you purify the water in the swimming pool, and I believe that the swimming pool product is called tetra silver. Dr. Antelman changed the name from Tetrasil to Imusil.
SM: Who is Dr. Vincent Gammil?
BG: Dr. Gammil is a friend of mine who led me to the Tetrasil. He was also instrumental in supervising Dr. Roberto Munoz, of Mexico, when I received the injection in November 2001.
SM: Did you receive the injection in Mexico?
BG: No, I received it in Southern California.
SM: How were you able to get the drug?
BG: The chemical composition of the Tetrasil is Ag4O4 (Silver 4/Oxygen 4). It is a relatively simple compound to make. We could flood Africa with it and bolster the individuals who are suffering and laboring under the throes of HIV and AIDS, so that we have a chance to save the continent. As we speak, the first trials of the cure, Tetrasil, have gotten underway, with only three individuals in Kinshasa taking the injection. A recent report was that the individuals are doing well and are delighted to have had the AIDS cure. Therefore, we know it works and we know that it is suppressed.
