I do believe that there is some spraying of the atmosphere. What people are taking photos of are persisitant spreading contrails.
If you use the links i've provided for atmospheric conditions appropriate for the formation of persistant contrails, you will be able to see what cities people will report chemtrails.

Most people that discuss chemtrails do not know what contrails are, or what conditions create them. It is a common belief that contrails dissipate quickly, and that simply isn't the case.

how come the contrails have been tested to contain the following: desicated red blood cells, cancer viruses, nanotechnology, silicone "smart dust" that contains fibers causing morgellons disease, viruses, aluminum, barium, mercury, muted molds and fungi..

Vance ole buddie... that "persistant spreading contrail" is one and same. It is a CHEMTRAIL by another name and it's easy to see a normal contrail because it dissipates within a few seconds. I've seen them ON THE SAME DAY AT THE SAME TIME as chemtrails... why would you get a "persistant spreading contrail" from one jet and a norman contrail from another IN THE SAME GENERAL LOCATION ON THE SAME DAY AT THE SAME TIME UNDER THE EXACT SAME WEATHER CONDITIONS? We ARE being poisoned, intentionally or not, by these chemtrails and they must be stopped!

Yes, contrails do form cirrus clouds and spread. This has been going on since aircraft were able to reach high altitudes.
