You do have curezone forums, which is better than having a book IMO. It takes some time to educate yourself on all this, I know. As CZ can be overwhelming, you can choose to follow some of the experts, when I first came to CZ there was Andreas Moritz, who's now not posting any more, but his forum is in the archives if you want to have a look. I'm now liking the approach of dr. Sutter. Others follow more Barefoot, others Moreless, others Uniquity, etc. Just visit their forums and read a lot of old posts so that you understand the approach and the tone. It's not about following someone blindly, it's more like being helped to sort out the info and give some order to your actions, so as to be more effective in your healing process. But there is no one more expert than you regarding your own body. So you'll have anyway to educate yourself directly, visit the liver flush forum for example, or the mms forum, and so on, read the old posts, try different things and see how your body reacts.
Anyway, the classic liver flush recommended by R.G. is supposed to be done every second week. But if you feel the liver congested, and your stools don't show discharge of bile, that is they are light colored, you might consider doing it earlier or do some with coffee enemas. Liver flushing while on the parasite cleanse is really important, if the one with epsom salts feels too harsh you can use either the method of dr. Sutter or the one of Schulze (explained by uniquity in her forum, which is called natural healing), which are without ES, and can be done more frequently if you need.
