I think I have found source of all my problems, fits perfectly - Hiatal Hernia an overlooked cause of Disease
can cause:
DIGESTIVE DIFFICULTIES
*Belching, *Bloating, *Heartburn, *Difficulty digesting meat/high protein foods, Tension or pressure at the solar plexis, Sensitivity at the waist, Intestinal gas, Regurgitation, Hiccups, Lack or limitation of appetite, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Constipation, Colic in children, Difficulty in gaining weight or overweight, Ulcers.
BREATHING AND CIRCULATION PROBLEMS
*Difficulty with deep abdominal breathing, *Difficulty in swallowing capsules, *Asthma, *Inability to take a deep breath from diaphragm, Overall fatigue, Tendency to swallow air, Allergies, Dry tickling cough, Full feeling at base of throat, Pain or burning in upper chest, Pressure in the chest, Pain in the left side of chest, Pressure below breastbone, Lung pain, Rapid heartbeat, Rapid rise in blood pressure, Pain in left shoulder, arm or side of neck.
STRUCTURAL COMPLAINTS
TMJ (Temporo-Mandibular Joint Pain), Bruxism (Grinding teeth in sleep), Joint pain, Localized or overall spinal pain, Headaches.
STRESS
*Suppression of anger or other emotions, *Living with or having lived with a quick-tempered person, Dizziness, Shakiness, Mental Confusion, Anxiety attacks, Insomnia, Hyperactivity in children.
OTHER AILMENTS
*Open ileocecal valve, *General weakness, *Difficulty in getting and/or staying healthy, Overactive thyroid, Cravings for sugar or alcohol, Candida Albicans, Menstrual or prostate problems, Urinary difficulties, Hoarseness.
"Naturally, when part of the stomach is forced into this opening, the sphincter cannot close properly. Thus, stomach acid may travel back up into the esophagus causing burning sensations (heartburn), esophageal spasms, inflammations and ulcers.
The cramped position of the stomach can also stress the vagus nerve, which stimulates the release of hydrochloric acid. This can cause both over and under secretion of hydrochloric acid and stomach enzymes. It may also affect the sphincter or valve at the bottom of the stomach so that digestive secretions "leak" out of the stomach and are lost before they have completed their job.
The hiatal hernia will also interfere with the movement of the diaphragm muscle. This muscle normally pulls downward to expand the chest capacity and inflate the lungs. Since the hiatal hernia interferes with this movement, the person may be restricted to shallow breathing, or will resort to using the chest and shoulders to expand the lung capacity and take a deep breath.
The esophagus may also "kink" in the throat, which will irritate the thyroid gland and may cause some difficulty in swallowing. Often persons with hiatal hernias will have difficulty in swallowing capsules or tablets as they get the sensation that they are "sticking" in their throat.
The irritation on the vagus nerve can cause reflex irritations throughout the body. The vagus nerve comes from the medulla and goes to the heart, esophagus, lungs, stomach, small intestines, liver, gall bladder, pancreas and colon. It also hass links to the kidney, bladder, and external genitalia. Thus, a hiatal hernia may start imbalances in the system such as decreased stomach acid and ph imbalance in the intestines and elsewhere.
If a person develops poor stomach digestion due to a lack of hydrocholoric acid, they will have difficulty digesting and assimilating protein and most minerals. It will also contribute to food putrefacation in the intestines, causing greater toxicity in the body. This lack of nutrition and toxic condition may contribute towards food allergies, constipation, anemia and immune and glandular system weaknesses.
Two other problems that a hiatal hernia may contribute to are asthma and heart disease. Since the hernia reduces the lung capacity by interfering with natural breathing, it could be a factor in asthma. The hernia may also put pressure on the heart. Gas in the intestines may put pressure on the hernia and push it against the bottom of the heart, which may be one way in which a heart attack can be triggered. None of this spells immediate fatality, but it does point to a major contributing factor in degenerative illness. "

I was close starting to massage my ileocecal valve, now I need to bring down my stomach!
Interesting info Motif. An interesting story.... When I was growing up, my brother had surgery for a "Hiatal Hernia". Me and my other brother would rib him occassionally about it - you know how kids are. We didn't find out until twenty some years later that the surgery was really because one of his testicles hadn't descended properly and my parents didn't want to cause him embarrasment.
People here should consider themselves lucky they still have a vagus nerve. Mine was cut when I was 14 months old. Here is the wiki link on the surgery :
I was rushed into emergency surgery and was a few minutes from death. It was 1969, and I was throwing up blood. My Mom called out the doctor for a housecall and he said I was just vomiting Kool-Aid. Hard to believe - Eh? I wasn't even drinking the shit at the time. Needless to say my Mom didn't buy it and rushed me to the hospital. I had a severe bleeding ulcer. During the surgery they also cut the Vagus nerve and enlarged the opening to my stomach.
It is weird, in many ways I have a hard time identifying with a lot of the posters here on curezone. Not personally - just the problems. As I have said before, my main protocol is kinesiology, and through it I have seen that just about all of my problems go back to either womb development or infancy. For me, cleanses, and a lot of the other protocols have no validity - for my particular case, not in general. My Mom smoked, drank, and ate crap when she was carrying me and I paid the price. I don't fault her - no one knew then. I don't blame the doctors for cutting my Vagus nerve - no one knew then that ulcers weren't caused by excess HCL. But I do get nervous when I read the link and see that it is now being considered as an option to help obese people. Maybe there is some validity - but maybe not. It is hard to trust whoever is in charge of making these decisions. Which is sad.
wow, doctors for cut your Vagus nerve??? that scary man...
Anyway I can relate with you, all cleansing and supplement from cure zone I went through didn't actually help my problems
because, as I see now problem can be mechanical, so no heavy metals, parasites etc but just normal mechanical wear and tear...
Also hiatal hernia is quite common, probably that's why so many miss diagnoses. Surgery is really bad idea anyway, it weaken the area even more.
This is multiple issues coming together:
- Vagus nerve shortens due to the stress of HSV1 and Hg
You can verify this in a couple of ways, if you have an MP5 Pulser you can fire it against the Vagus and see immediate results. If you have an inversion table you can use it to bring back the nerve again, can be done with yoga if you aren't too far gone
- the shortened nerve causes a lack of stomach acid and food begins to ferment with gas pushing the stomach up even further since normal burping is interrupted (Vagus)
Yup, they had me aspirating stomach acid into my lungs at one point. I will never forget the words of the specialist (Prof) who used measurements and math to calculate the position of the stomach. He said; we would have found this sooner if you had kidney damage like others that have this. Guess at that point any idiot quack could have figured it out...I never told him about the CS and CE's that kept me alive...
"Hiatal hernia just about always accompanies a swollen ileocecal valve. The ileocecal valve is the valve between the small and large intestines which permits material to enter the colon from the large intestine, but prevents material in the colon from moving back into the small intestine. When this valve becomes swollen and irritated it cannot close properly. This allows material from the colon to leak back into the small intestine. This is analogous your sewer backing up into your kitchen. This creates gas and indigestion, which puts pressure on the stomach and presses it tighter against the diaphragm. "
this is great information that you have presented. all i was adding was the very healing effects of CS. acid BURNS and CS is the best burn medicine i know of. it is also anti-inflammatory. surely, one of the the things that maintains a HH is the swelling, inflamation and damage to tissue of the acids percolating up.
thanks for the link, this in maybe the case with my guts too,
because no supplements make a difference along with iodine and all medical test seems to be normal.
Very interesting.
you know, i like manipulation - massage, chiropractic adjustments, etc. but i was thinking more about this today and i cant think of a more perfect cure than the orange juice fast. 30-45 days of no food in the gut and that suc*** will find its correct position and heal in that position. face it. the way this happens is from over eating to begin with.
i love the orange juice fast. a friend of mine calls it "lancing the boil of hunger." i like that.
that is great idea and definitely will help, not sure about situation when something is stack in guts because of closed e.g. ileocecal valve. Also not sure about the orange juice choice, it may irritate the valve. Maybe lemon would be better?
BTW what do you think about drinking 1 gallon of water and jumping from the cliff? not sure even if that would fit in my stomach...
how about simple rebounding or a trampoline? i have heard many swear by rebounding. its hard to stick to(what isnt?), but has ample reward for doing so.
