When fasting I did bugger all if possible for most of the time, but I did go for some walks, that is a good idea to keep the lymphatic system going. In case you didn't know that requires physical motion to make it work, so it's always a good idea to walk. Do that and combine it with sunshine. For maximum vitamin D visit a naturist reserve!
I was doing that at the beginning but these last couple of days I've been feeling so weak.
As soon as I'm better I'll start those again.
Thanks for the info!
Hugs,
Becca
Oh and I'm going to follow your advice about the Dr. Fuhrman's eating plan. I have the books so that's what I'm going to do to get the rest of the pounds off.
Well done! It's not just Fuhrman, there are others too, for example Dr John McDougall has a more starchy approach if you like things like that. I know I am doing it right because I am stuffing my face on times yet the pounds keep dropping off. The starchy approach is better for me because when I eat potatoes I find I start to get hot and active, it feels like shoveling coal into the boiler of a steam locomotive then I go and burn up energy.
If you want advice on nutrition there are a few people doing this in the Diet & Nutrition Support Forum. Or you could look through some of my posts since around mid to late January 2009 until now.
You may be following my path. Two years ago I could not get clothes big enough to fit me (46 inch waist - XXL size). Now I have problems finding waist 28 trousers.
