I feel tempted to buy one of these but its probably a scam or something i dunno..
the website says:
"The vibration plate administers what is called vibration therapy which helps burn fat, increase metabolism, build muscle and increase flexibility. With 10 minutes of use per day, you can get the same benefits as a 45 minute aerobic workout!"
Stan on your washing machine, probably get the same affect. But I mean if you really just need to get rid of money I will give you my address and you can send it my way. : )
That's definitely a scam. The only way to increase muscle is to exert it to the max. Standing around for 10 minutes isn't going to do anything like lifting a barbell.
How that works is that you try to keep your balance the whole time. I do not know if you ever surfed at all but its kinda like that. I do not know if that one in paticular is worthy though. I saw some vibrator thing like that but it looked more like a surfboard and it had good results with a changed diet. It was on some british special of which I forget the name...maybe someone else knows what I am talking about.
If you are lazy get a really nice electric treadmill and put a tv in front of it. Just walk when you watch TV. There is your cardio! Eventually it will energize you to get up to faster walking where you break a sweat. I like exercise bands too because you can shove them in a bag and do them wherever. They are cheap and won't hurt the floor if you drop them. Thanks again for the free workout links you passed to me in the other thread I posted. It was exactly what I was looking for. I love that site!
