I guess some of you have read about the recomendation to do the gallblader/liver cleanse during the full Moon for better results. Do anyone of you takes it much to notice?
My last LF about few weeks ago was exactly at the full Moon. I could say possibly it all came as more powerfull one.
Though I would not like to say that during the other Moon phases LF would not work well, it does.
Looked up an old Post (using the Search function here on CZ) and came up with this title (Moon Flushing) - in fact the whole thread is very interesting and makes alot of sense ....
I just had the following response from Andreas Moritz on another forum, thought you might find it useful:
Also, it may not be a good idea to cleanse on full moon day or the day before or after full moon. During full moon the body gathers fluids and holds on to them, it is very reluctant to let them go. For example, our brains have considerably more water content during full moon (which can make soem senstive people irratic, emotional, agressive, do things they would normally never do; crime rates are highests during full moon. In other words, during the waxing phase of the moon the body is not as supportive of cleansing itself than it is during the waning phase.
New moon is an excellent day for cleansing and for operations, such as dental surgery (more about the effects of the moon in The Key to Health and Rejuvenation).

Thanks to all for the atteniton and great info! Suppose it's interesting remarks about sensitive side of Full Moon.
Maybe it's good to do the cleanse in the mid time between full and new Moons
