I don't know what it was about that clay based formula (#2) from Schulze, but it apparently was not right for me. Does not feel right for me. What else could it mean that I began passing them clay pills out nearly whole?
I again drank lots of water and juice yesterday, took Schulze's #1 formula, two servings of psyllium and an enzyme, and I had a healthy bowel movement this morning. Back to brown (a lighter brown) instead of green. In it were some heavy, dense hunks of clay (some round and large like a quarter, and some smaller). There was also some ropey, old fecal matter, softened by the psyllium (I think). I have, since beginning the bowel cleanse, passed quite a bit of old, hard packed fecal matter. There was today also A LOT ("A LOT") of what had the consistency of being nearly like chicken fat, only (unlike ckicken fat) it was loosely bound together. It was a deep and bright yellow color. Oh, maybe it had to do with the juice, which was pineapple/orange. Anyhow, it felt healthy to get all of that out. It was quite a load.
Feels funny to be talking about my BM's!
I'd like to ask, what might be a good protocol for me to continue with (that I may pruchase locally) while I wait for the Humaworm to arrive, and until after my surgery on the 18th?
Also, how soon after my sinus surgery should I wait before beginning humaworm?
And, would the Huma "Pain Forumla" be okay to take for the few days post surgery? Instead of the opioid they are likely to prescribe? Please let me know, as I'd much rather use something natural than synthetic.
I wish I was not even considering surgery for my sinuses (again), but it appears needed as scar tissue has sealed one of my turbinates.
I am hoping that a complete cleanse and balancing of my lifestyle over the course of the next two years will help with my sinuses.
I've done quite a bit of reading around the site now, and it appears to me that all this cleansing can be somewhat of a faddish thing with some folks. I feel I can see a tendency to try this and that...everything out there...sort of thing...as though it is some kind of badge to be collected and sported in one's cleansing repretoire.
Inaccurate perception or not, I am not going that route.
What I've read in RG's posts and on the humaworm site impresses me. Not trying to collect brownie points with RG, just pointing out that his lifetime knowledge and experience with herbs and his common sense come across as very credible to me. I do not get the impression of hype or faddish marketing of his products. The simple fact that he could mass market if he wanted to (and make a "LOAD" of money), but does not, is very respectable to me. I value that.
