i started out grabbing the solaray product super digestaway. once i bought it i looked more carefully on the label and saw that it had porcine products in it. i dont like eating pork, its certainly not what the lord recommends, so i looked for a different one the other day.
there are some with ox bile in them which some might find works well. the solaray really sold me on how it worked.
so now i just bought a different kind from a company i have used before - enzymatic therapy. i havent tried it yet but i have no doubt its good. i can buy it locally which i also like. compare the numbers to the chart at the link:
the one they are selling at the link is good, but this Mega-Zyme product i am fixing to try has higher numbers yet. my bottle of 200 gluten-free tablets was only $30 compared to $45 for 270 of the linked product.
you can get mega-zyme at iherb, a company that has impressed the heck out of me in the past, and here is the link to it
like anything, i think you can overdo it but a mostly cooked food meal in anyone over 40 is certainly going to be better for you with a supp like this. i have really been benefitted so far with better elimination than ever and i feel better like i get more out of my meals. thanks for the question, sean.
Taint cheap, that is for sure! But highly, highly regarded.
I can also vouch for iHerb - the service, prices and products have been great. If no one has ever purchased there before, they can use my referral code of X0T949 to get $5 off the initial order. Yeah, I do get a few cents, and I mean a few, credit for future orders when someone uses the code. At last count, my credit was up to a whopping $4.85. Other than that, they have no affiliate program and I am also not conneced to the sellers of Vitalzym either.
