Hi Everyone,
I ultimately want to do liver flushes but I'm not getting past the colon cleansing phase. I've tried P&B shakes and they back me up big time. I understand that it is very important to do colon cleansing before any serious liver flushes and have been trying to do something about it for few months now without any progress.
I read about Dr. Schultz's colon cleanse and thought that should be a good starting point for me and unfortunately i develop loose stools, cramps etc. with one cap (thats the minimum) so don't know how can I even start to IF#2. Now, I stopped taking IF#1 when one of the members recommended that I should skip IF#1 and go to IF#2 and now I'm constipated. I'm so confused.
I think I've candida and live congestion/stones and don't know how can I address that if I don't do colon cleansing first.
if you want to send me an email address, I can send you the age he lists it on or try to get the book at the library. I needd to return my copy soon so let me know if you want to see the diet that has helped get rid of all candida and really imporve people's health. after that one can go to phase two which allows more things.
I drink plenty of water already and my diet is very healthy. I've read plenty of books on candida diet and all and know what I've to do but just can't get over this colon cleansing phase. I wish someone can help me with this so that I'm regular or there is some formulae that is gentle and effective as well.
I suggest oxycleanse if you don't mind wasting the products you already bought. I have Schultz Intestinal 1 and 2 in my cabinet that I couldn't use.
I ended up loving oxycleanse, it is very easy to use and no cramping. They have it on sale right now, I think and they have tons of information and testimonials.
I just ordered IF#1 and IF#2 last week and hope I'm okay with it. But my stomach is real sensitive, maybe because I've never taken anything but aspirin if needed and my stomach is not used to meds.
I printed your post just in case I can't handle the IF1 and IF2.
I don't know how long it's been changed, but my opinion on the cross-posting on SIX forums now, is that it's going to be something I will be watching too before I post!
I think it's a bad idea that the same message can now be posted to six different forums. Three was bad enough at times. Too many different opinions when you are pulling answers/information from people in six different places.
Hey Thanks, I'm new to this forum so didn't even know this is a new thing (cross posting) but just trying to get information so that I can help myself.
Thanks all for your input.
Just a quick update to see if any of you'll have any suggestions!
I took IF#1 for few days and it gave me cramps and loose stools. So day before yesterday, I did not take it and yesterday I did have any BM, plus I had pain in my abdomen (I could tell it is something in my colon) yesterday too I did not take IF#1 and today I had two BMs so far and the pain is gone but what was interesting was that in the morning, I passed some ugly stuff, not a lot but it is the ugliest thing I've seen....black old stuff+candida threads.
If this is due to IF#1, may be I should try it again, I don't know why my stupid body is not tolerating it well though.
Any input will be appreciated!!
The 6 forum cross-posting is new, and probably not such a good thing because of all the different opinions on different forums. Even the 3 forum cross-posting could be too many. Nothing you've done unknowingly, just something I was bringing to the attention of Doc10.
I didn't do the Schultze bowel cleansing, but the first thing the ND had me doing was his own bowel cleansing protocal, and it can not be much fun at times. Especially if you are away from home. I hate having a bowel movement in a public restroom :(
I don't know if Schultze's works the same way, but I would have to go to the bathroom within 1/2 an hour after eating, so I would always know to be close to a toilet when I ate...which can make it hard if you are eating out, and traveling too.
Yes, I would get some cramping prior to the bowel movement, but when you see the stuff coming out of you, it's understandable. Yuck! I also got started parasite killing after starting the bowel cleansing, and found out I had quite a load of free-loaders too.
Sometimes, it just takes the determination that you know it's not going to be much fun, but getting the toxic stuff out of there is important.

That's what 2# does. It binds and draws the deposits out. Maybe you should use it again and see if it works better this time. You could use it for a few days then take time off until the body can deal with it.
I agree about the cross posting, of course no fault of new posters. But, I saw it on Schultz after I posted and thought I had not noticed and was inappropriately posting about another forum on one that was only discussing Schultz, then I saw it on constipation, I think. So, I had to relook up the information and repost. And that wasn't a sensitive matter particularly.
Another time someone cross posted on a support forum for a particular protocol that is particularly offensive to me. Their post showed up on another support support forum cutting down that particular forum (in other words very non-supportive of the forum it was on). And of course it is against TOS to put down a support forum on that forum, the poster was a regular and knew what they were doing. It was on many forums. After I asked, the moderator removed it from the one I asked about, but the entire conversation, including my request remains on several other forums. It was riculous IMO. I don't get it. it causes too much confusion. It was discussed a long time ago when it was only possible to cross post to 2 or 3 forums on Webmaster support and no one liked it even then!
Anyway, I'm sorry for venting there, lol. but I definitely agree with you!!
