those watching what raw food did for Dave the raw food trucker and also with various diseases and/or wanting to lose weight might also want to see this video
supercharge me
she based it on the concept of the movie supersize me but instead of documenting changes that took place for the bad by eating McDonald's 30 days, she documents the changes that took place for the good going raw for 30 days.
Here is a preview and the video is linked there at the right hand side of the screen
Thank you for sharing this. I am going to try doing the raw food diet after I'm done with the lemonade diet I'm on now! I feel supercharged at the moment and want to keep this feeling as long as I can :) Already have lost 7 lbs in 4 days!
For those that aren't familiar with the lemonade diet or master cleanse, here's a reference link:

you are welcome. I am glad to hear of your success.
I became a vegan recently and am trying to incorporate more raw foods in my diet. I am not where I want to get eventually (85% raw) but well on my way.
Also started walking or swimming 6-7 days a week aftrer years of no exercise.
Although I am currently not restricting my calories, these changes brought me a 27 pound weight loss.\
Then I started a juice feast/fast 3 days ago as I am going to do Dr Richard Schulze 's incurables program for my recent diabetes diagnosis.
I went to weight myself today and was shcoked to see I lost another 10 pounds in those three days despite missing walking one day. Since I am aiming for a 45 day fast, I hope to lose a lot more and hope I do not gain most of it back when I start eating again but am getting it lots of produce.
I don't really feel any differently with my changes but then I rarely do with any supplement, herb or food improvement, but I do think when and if I make it to 85% raw, then I will get the energy I have not had since I was 20 back and reverse my disease.
Not sure what to do with the pulp as I hate to waste it so making broth and straining out the veggies and freezing some but already it is starting to fill up the freezer. I guess I will have a lot of soup when done but then that is not raw.
I like that women in the video think that raw is truly the answer.
Last time I fasted, I had very good results both weight and health wise. My longest juice fast so far is 30 days. It is not too bad but my stomach is growling a little. I feel it was easier to get it going this time than last. Once you are on it 3 or 4 days, all hunger pretty much goes away.
I remember Patrica Bragg saying in her book on vinegar that she fasted 3 days a month and one day a week and it helped with weight control. For the first time, I am thinking of maybe trying this as I do need to lose weight due to my diagnosis and wanting to reverse it. I ad some goals along the way and today I passed my first goal and now it is on to the 2nd one.
This is the first time in many years that i have tried to lose weight but reversing my health problem is my motive. well, keep up the good work.
I kind of also think giving up all animal products iss helping despite my not dieting and eating what I want within the vegan category and focusing on whole foods and a few other strategies.
I found giving up animal products is much easier than going raw and giving up processed health food products and cooked foods, but the raw food is very delicious.
I'm in work, so can't look at the video (but can read the forums heh heh).
But I'm curious to see this. I read recently about this guy who ate nothing but Twinkies and lost weight.
I think it is down to how much you eat and not what you eat...although eating healthily is obviously better. but it is like most women want to fit into fashion, that's why they diet not to lose weight for health reasons - it's for looks alone.
