I hate shoes. But I found a pair of "nib" shoes a long time ago. They are open like flip-flops and have nibs or small hills about every quarter-inch inside the sole bottom that touches foot. After wearing them awhile, there's such a relaxation throughout spine, muscles, you just can't get over all the benefits...even deeper sleep. Highly recommended slip-on.
Used tea tree oil on teeth and gums, for an abcess of long-standing...g o n e, and quick. There's something to be said about "au natural," back to the natural path.
