What do you recommend for daily use - with meals - in terms of H.U. of Cayenne pepper? Starwest has both 90K and 160K H.U. If I got the 160K H.U. would I just half the dose? How many teaspoons per meal for each?
Also, are there any risks to taking Cayenne on a daily basis? I wouldn't think so since my Indian friends eat VERY spicy meals every day.
