Before year I noticed that after one antibiotic course I took too many probiotics (acidophilus, bulgaricus and thermophilus) - only for 3 days I took 60 capsules each with 2 bilions.
On the fourth and fifth day my skin over my mouth and nose started to dehydrate and I got some rashes and burning skin.
On the sixth day I started another antibiotic course and my rashes started to decrease. After 2 or 3 day from starting the second antibiotic course my rashes absolutely disappear.
Now a have the same problem. I take little by little probiotics(3 or 4 capsules per day) but after couple of weeks I noticed that the rashes started to appear and skin around my nose and mouth became little inflamed.
Can this be done by the probiotics?
I should mentioned that I have bacterial overgrowth in my ileum. The doctors tell me that this reaction is because of the fast probiotic supply.
I also have more gas and bloating when my stools pass through the ileum(low on the right side).
This overgrowth in my "sick" part of colon(the ileum) is the problem I'm almost sure.
I think that I should get rid of the bacteria to let the body heal the tissue but I don't know with which method I should do it. The healthy parts of the colon have to remain with good bacteria.
If I drink epsom salt? Can I flush out the overgrowth and the healthy parts of lower intestines stay with probiotics(much less of cours) Is this is an option?
Can I use a silver to hold in check the overgrowth and the body can heal itself?
I want to have the good guys in healthy tissues but the ileum should stay clean...

Again it sounds like a possible issue with lactose ("milk sugar"). This can happen with low levels of flora.

It is our beneficial flora that help control pathogens in the intestines. So you really need to get the flora levels back up. I would go with water kefir to avoid the dairy.
It sounds like you are maybe allergic to something in the probiotics. Many of these are lactose based. Do you have any problems with lactose or cow's milk?
No. I don't have any problems with milk or lactose.
I eat only homemade yogurt from the cow of my grand-mother. Not often but enough to know that I don't have any issues with lactose.
When my stools pass through the ileum I became aggressive, worried, nervous... and when I finish with WC I became calm again. This is because of the wounded ileum. After colonoscopy the doctors tell me this, but they tell me to take antibiotics every month to clear the overgrowth and I rejected absolutely.
Now I take a lot of probiotics and eat mostly raw(I tolerate only mostly blended foods) - no starches, heavy sugars and heavy meat.
I forget to tell that this problem started to aggravate when I started to take inulin from chicory. That is one reason to think that I have overgrowth but with good guys.
I have had digestive problems for most of my 50+ years of life. I love yogurt and other fermented foods, too. But I don't want too much dairy as it seems a bit heavy to me. Plain yogurt from raw organic goat's milk would be better, in my opinion and it's difficult for me to obtain presently. However, I have a hard time staying consistant, regardless.
I have recently begun drinking kombucha, and I am feeling better each and every morning. I am learning, too, that it is REALLY easy to make my own, and VERY cheaply, too, I might add. This is one fermented drink I can live with on a daily basis.
Our intestines, IF they are healthy, have the ability to make their own certain nutrients, like B12!
But, they must be healthy. I am hoping kombucha will help me to achieve this goal.
I can honestly say that supplementing with iodine has saved my life - however, I was still lacking in something.
Fermented foods seem to be picking up the slack for me.

Yogurts have little to no lactose. The sugar is fermented during the yogurt making process producing the beneficial acids. Try staying away from all dairy products for a week and stick to rice bran or oat bran to feed the existing flora a week to see if the problem subsides.
There is always a possibility you are allergic to the milk proteins as well, which is a fairly common allergen.
