This was posted in the cancer boards and of course they moved the whole thread to the debate forums where it will be less seen. So I want people's opinions on this post and my response below. Is support allowing misinformation that has been proven wrong and how does it affect the credibility of alternative medicines?
It still amazes me at how people keep redefining the term "support" to fit their needs. Since when does support mean ONLY allowing misinformation that has already been PROVEN wrong?
If there was a eating sugar support forum and someone falsely claimed on it that eating a pound of sugar a day would cure someone's diabetes would it be support to say go ahead and do it even though I KNOW it is wrong? Or is support warning the person that this is not only false, but dangerous?
Again too many boards are redefining "support" to fit their own beliefs even if those beliefs are proven wrong. And it is this kind of promotion and censorship that is keeping alternative medicines in the shadows. When people make bogus claims about alternative medicines these claims become a target. Anyone opposing those claims though gets banned from the forum and their threads hidden or moved to the Debate Forums where they will hardly be seen. So more people end up reading the misinformation and repeating it and mainstream medicine targets those false claims as evidence that alternatives are quackery when in fact there is a lot in the alternative field that has been scientifically proven to work, such as ozone therapy, herbal therapy, etc.
You may think that all this censorship is helpful but all it does is gives mainstream medicine more ammunition to try and discredit alternative medicines.
So what is your goal? To keep alternative medicines in the dark ages by allowing misinformation to be posted as the truth? Or to allow the presentation of facts and evidence to give alternatives credibility and to allow it to move forward and become more accepted even among conventional practitioners?

Hv - I will give you my take on some of these issues.....
You are relatively new here. And Andreas actually did used to have a private forum here. And I came to curezone right when he was ending it and heading over to the "private sector".
So I caught the tailend of it. And had a chance to talk to some of the old timers who used to post there. And he is a nice guy, who used to allow open disscusions on his forum, and didn't ban people......
In terms of his theories. No I don't buy the "stone" theory. You bring up olive oil alot. I personally think it is mainly congealed bile. And the notion of a million stones in the liver is nonsense. Spud has posted here about looking at livers and seeing no "stones"......
But some people have seen good results from the flush. Not me. I did a number. But again Hv, you are new, and for years on curezone.....
Well the liverflush, and it's forum... Well, were THE forum. And now it has pretty much died down. Why some people - and I certainly consider them a minority - have seen great results from it??
Don't know. We are all different. Putting oodles of fat in your body and making your gallbladder contract bigtime seems to help a small amount of people. Are they "flushing" something"?? Maybe. Just don't know...
And no I don't buy his other theories. But I consider him pretty tame. I have been known to ruffle some feathers here, and let's just say that I am one of the few that will stand up and say Hulda Clark was a fraud. And most people here identify her with the liverflush. Andreas is tame, although he has written books. Some people consider Hulda a "scientist". Which is absurd, unless you like your diagnosis from a crackerjack box, or your college degrees from diploma mills......
In terms of debate vs support. Well it has been going on for a longgg time. There used to be no debate forums. And then problems arose. So they were created. It is what it is my man. Ain't perfect. In an ideal world they would not be needed. But curezone ain't ideal. And when you throw thousands of strangers together on the internet....
Well it can become a cluster you know what. So it is a case of a small bunch of apples spoiling the bunch. Support forums are toe the line forums for the most part. And some are more lax then others. The liverflush one ain't one of them, and to be fair, they have had to deal with lots of outside trolls going over there to disrupt. And obviously you aren't one of them. But as I said....
It is what it is. And it ain't going to change. So you accept it and move on. And plenty of people read the debate boards, so don't think your message won't be heard. The support forums are pretty much stacked with people who believe the cause and preach to the choir, so you might have more impact on the debate boards.
I propose a link at the top of page of any forum that has a counterpart debate forum. I experienced the same frustration, from the spectator perspective, when first joining Team CZ. Suddenly a thread would be moved and one could no longer find it. Never perused debate forums until I was redirected to one via one of those wormholes.
I still don't "follow" debate" forums, yet believe that much of the more important/valuable/viable content on CZ can be found in them once the Illuminati has permanently moved those threads.
The ability to examine, cross-examine, review differing opinions and the facts constituting those opinions is essential to the learning/discovery process.
semantics, semantics..... Thus, even "debate" forums can be viewed as supporting. CZ is full of sickos, some with mental problems and when punks would piss all over support forums it took a while but the many moderators (collectively, and if any believe themselves personally responsible and deserving credit for such method, I apologize for not naming you by your anonymous handle or # in celebration of your achievement, which I agree with -thanks) finally figured out to create those debate forums to be able to flush away a bunch of garbage very quickly. Before I voluntariliy abaconded moderating privilege of a particular forum, I was grateful for having the option to move some blibbering blibcock's crap out of "my" forum on many occasions, to the benefit of the general viewing population, and out of the way of the business at hand, and anyone who might think they are smarter than I, can kiss my frickin buns - look at the numbers and the success stories and the momentum and the way it changed this site, whether anyone is friggin smart enough to realize it or not. And there's more to being effective than "good info". And I think I know it most (not all) on that subject and am quite qualified to write on it.
I'd focus less on the mechanics of the system unless something about it was in the way of my objective. Re Iodine, I never let the structure of CZ stand in my way.
No successful pioneer ever let any system or anything else get in their way of achieving their goal(s). And let me iterate for those who don't appreciate it - things were quite a bit tougher on this site not all that long ago.
