Hi,

I have sustained minor damage to my optic nerve and now I am seeing black spots and white flashes of light. I also have a light pressure behind the eyes and it feels like they are being strained. I went to an ophthalmologist and he said I had damage to the optic nerve. He said that the optic nerve never heals and this is permanent damage. However I have seen countless ailments that conventional medicine claimed were "incurable" be cured after all.

Do you have any advice or experience on healing the optic nerve?

There is always hope. I do a lot of energy work and have helped lots of people with eye issues that were medically not possible to heal. My take is that if you give the body the right type of energy it can heal itself.
