Well I wouldn't count minutes or hours here, I am sure everyone is laughing inside:) Are you back for good?
I'm ok, been getting over a sinus/ear infection thing the last week and slamming myself with echinacea and homemade supertonic! On the whole though, been struggling pretty much with blood Sugar
issues...which is probably adrenal issues...which is most likely liver/ intestinal/ parasite issues...need I say more, lol? You know all about this too!Oy. Yup, it's a cycle. Now I need a package, an IP package with my name on it, and the space/time to do it.
...a handful of almonds that had been soaked overnight are great for nighttime blood sugar...
Good news is...I met someone I get along with really well...who incidently is a vegetarian, and also is looking for a roomie, and who knows all about my health, and is not scared away (yet!). And we can talk and laugh to no end.
...ahhh, young love. Ha. That sounds great. Did you bust out all of the health stuff on the first date?
So...I am thinking that I can at least start a few things this coming month- like FINALLY be in one place long enough to get consistent with sleep/diet, colon cleansing and juicing/ raw. I have to say, I have been on fruits/veggies the last few days- almost all raw- a small amount of rice or whole grain cereal thrown in- and I am soo pooped. Just like I want an IV,or to lay in bed all day- and am craving food like it's crazy- like hamburgers! like coffee! Speaking of which, I am not off the stuff yet- still having a cup or so in the morning, but now there is no effect- I almost think it actually just makes me more tired- not even gets me going- so whatever addiction I have is just mental.
...I love coffee. That's about as wild as I get.
Been taking some nutritional yeast, some licorice root powder, some ashwaganda- 1-2 tbsp a day, white willow tea in the last few days- really, I don't remember a whole lot of what the days consist of, just know I'm getting through. I am just totally exhausted. I didn't realize how bad it was until I started stopping many things I do to cope...and then it's more evident:S
...what did you stop?
How are you? What have you been doing, and have things improved in your health?
...just all around doing anything I can to take care of my adrenals and get out of this darned catabolic state.
