Are there any studies showing that goat milk (and cheese)have antifungal and antihypertensive properties?
There are no known studies about antifungal properties of goat milk. Theoretically, it is possible, since goat milk contains more lauric acid which has antifungal properties than cows milk (goat: 5%, cow: 3.1%, sheep 4.4%). But you have to keep in mind, that goat milk has less fat than cow milk, so in practice the absolute lauric acid value might not be much higher.
