Hv, I wanted to know what you know about dreams ? Einstein was pro-dreamer and said they helped them to resolve some difficult calculation (REM sleep is your minds connection with unconciousness ?)
I definitely sleep better whenever I have dreams but for years I have had problems with dreaming. Even my wet dreams are without dreams.
But when eating dates before going to bed I am able to dream sometime. Does this mean I am deficient in tryptophan ? I was taking Roaccutane a year ago which according to the studies can lower serotonine levels permanently.

I have never looked in to the role of neurotransmitters in dreams. So I don't know what role tryptophan would play.

One thing though that helps with dreaming though is a sleep pillow containing mugwort. It helps to give you very colorful vivid dreams. Some people also add aged hops and rose petals. But mugwort is the real dream enhancer.

I have never heard of mugwort or a sleep pillow with it. would googling come up with this? I would love more dreams and more vivid dreams and to remember dreams!!
