Menopause migraines, premature stop of menzes Wheatgrass, Barleygrass protocol at home and possible combination with superfood supplements like cellfood
1. many years treatment of hypothiroidism
2. premature - early stop of menzes and
start of the symptoms of menopause at 40's.
3. regularly headaches
I would like to take more controle in my hands with home proven remedies to improve my condition for just a step to get
hope and energy for every day activities.
My present possibilites are what I am considering:
1. preparing fresh wheatgrass juice or barley juice
I grow both of them at home on plates at balcony
2. chia seeds
3. supplements of cellfoods
would that be wise to combine it and which one?
My first doubt on wheatgrass or barlye juice is how to
start ( strong taste and reactions that could even
made my day worse ):
1.1 Could I drink it with for example pine apple and
carrot juice and under what condtions
1.2 Would be wise to start some fasting days only on
juice?
For example at the morning or better at evening
wheatgrass juice and at the mornning and through the
day other juices ( mixes of vegetable and pine apple )?
1.3 What about conflicts ( enzymes ) between strong
wheatgrass enzymes and for example proteolitic enzymes in wheatgrass? Would that effect negatively power of wheatgrass?
1.4 My doubt is also because of hypothyroidism the effect on
of wheatgrass or other green vegetable on thyroid gland?
I read that green vegetables and wheatgrass make glands even less active?
1.5 Is it wise to combine some cellfood remedy with wheatgrass?
I am aprecaiting any answer specially of woman who turned to wheatgrass and Ann Wigmore's knowledge for problems of
early menopause!
Green foods do contain mild goitrogens but are not an issue.Floride would be an issue that should be addressed.Toxin avoidance with a focus on energy will do wonders.Caffine should be replaced with high energy foods"greens and veggies"blended juiced and eaten.
I gues in the case of my friend who is dealing with those problems the reason is exposure to heavy metals in childhood or later!?!
But we will have to check that by lab tests.
Than there is also challenge of chelating protocol.
I wonder if wheatgrass and barley juice could have also chelating function ( since there are a lot of amino-acids ).
I guess amino-acids and proteins are capable of binding the heavy metals in the blood and tissues.
And support this process with fermented cruciferous (broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts ) vegetable with EM microorganism solution and garlic?
Beside this using nettle juice in smoothies with fruits.
