So, Adrenal girl here. Not near as shell-shocked as I used to be and so as with the Universe, it'll send a test your way to see how you're doing. I found out yesterday that we're having our brother and sister-in-law and our 3 little nephews here for the next few days. A 6 year old, an almost 2 year old and a 6 week old. All the antiques/breakables are now 6' and higher and I think we're pretty romper-room proofed. Ladders back downstairs, climbables have been put away. Toys brought out and we're swept and vacuumed.
Ashwaghanda, Nerve Sedative, Adrenal Support tincture...here I come. Wish me luck! There are moms everywhere that deal with this everyday! aaaaaahhhh!!!!!
lolol! Telly - that's hysterical. So, I thought they were here tonight but no - I woke up to 3 nephews. My favorite, cause he's the original, woke me up. It's his 6th birthday today and he asked Uncle Josh to make him bbq chicken and corn on the cob - I asked him, 'did your Uncle tell you to say that's what you wanted?' and he smiled back at me laying in bed with his two front teeth recently missing and replied, 'nooooo, it's what I WANT!' In the cutest way - and I dragged him into bed with me. lol - The other munchie? Has already taken all the magnets off the fridge and the front romper room is already destroyed. Can mommy's just stay on Ashwaghanda? Wowzers...I know why nature makes them so cute - so you won't eat them. ha! (Just kidding...kind of).
I love the Addam's Family and I always think of the lawyer's wife leaning over and saying to the itty bitty little 'IT' in the baby stroller, 'you're so cute, Mommy wants to eat you!' and Mortician leans over and says, 'no, no dear - tooooo young.' ha!!!!
That's great...they are at the right age. Enjoy them!!! that's hysterical about the chicken and corn on cob...now I want some!!!....btw....the fried green tomatoes were delicious!!
These kids have never had preservatives, don't eat conventional food, know what good water is, take real herbs - they're my little munchies! So, Uncle Josh is going to get chicken from the organic market and corn too - yum!
I'll just tuck this in here :) man I had an ACV bomb kick my ass today!!! I was on the ropes, staggering, sweat pouring out.....luckily over in about 3 minutes
I have heard all kinds of stories about the ways people react to the ACV bomb, but I've never experienced it! The worst I get is nauseous, but that's in general, and I imagine is coming from doing so much liver/parasite work.
What do you think causes this reaction in you? Is it the combination of everything together?
actually I'v done many ACV bombs with no issues. I've been feeling a little crappy the last few days and this just walloped me. I may have put a bit too much cayenne in it.
I have done that too a couple times...I was doing a 'double dose' of the ACV bomb as I had missed one earlier in the day- now that I'm remembering, that hit me hard too! I'm having the same issue lately, in terms of feeling worse...I think it's the heat. It really does amplify things I find!
