i'm worse today. I couldn't get to sleep till about 2'00 am - i went to bed at 11:00. I felt like I couldn't breathe, and had to get up.
It's really hard for me to do the basal body test. I usually have to go to the bathroom when I wake up. The few times I did it this week I don't know if I did it long enough.... my temp came back at 97.
But I found the blood test results that the neurologist had done... the thyroid and the calcium were the same as my regular doctor had done.
I feel so weak... and am uncomfortable sitting or lying in my bed. I feel like I might die. I don't even feel like I have the strength to go to a doctor.
I'm still eating (I eat an apple and a banna every day - and raw veggies among other healthy things) and taking the herbs, bitters, zinc, tmg, magnisum malate, MSM, lecthin and nutritional yeast, vitamin E and vitamin C, B12, sometimes some fish oil and other things.... I'm still doing the wheatgrass most days and the homemade kefir.
The owner of the vitamin store that I go to knows alot about health things says I should take tummerick to get rid of the inflammation in my body. Do you reccomend this too?

Are you wheezing, or does it sound like a fine crackling in your lungs when you breathe? Does it feel like a rubbing sensation when you breathe? Also did they check you for anemia?

That is low.

What shall I do?
Turmeric will not likely hurt anything, but I am not sure this is an inflammatory condition.
My lungs sound clear - I think it was a panic attack of sorts. It takes me awhile to get settled in bed and I sometimes panic when i can't get comfortable right away. I think the lack of sleep caused me to be more weak and tired than usual.
I think they would have told me if I were anemic... I had blood tests by 3 doctors.
The owner of the health food store thinks I have inflammation even though I don't hurt - He thinks we should evaluate in 5 or 6 weeks after we eliminate the inflammation. i am stiff in my muscles.
Thank you for all the help that you've given to me. I appreciate it so much.

Stiff muscles can be from several things. But magnesium malate often does the trick to relax them and to increase their ATP levels to reduce muscle deterioration.
hi Hv,
I've been taking magnesium malate all along - for a least a year... almost every day. That and MSM - I thought MSM would take away any inflammation.

Yucca root and licorice root are better anti-inflammatories. And both build up the adrenals, which produce the body's own steroidal anti-inflammatories.
One other thing you could try to elevate ATP levels is the amino acid carnitine. It should be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals.
