Hi, I have discovered a polyp growing on the surface of my cervix. It fits all of the medical definitions for a polyp that I have found, including the color and shape. For a while it was growing at a slow rate, and not causing any problems or pain at all (it still does not cause pain, and has not increased or decreased its rate of growth, but causes discomfort as I can sometimes feel it).
Very recently, within the last few months, it began causing bleeding between my periods. After looking online, I began taking butcher's broom herb, which has helped alleviate the bleeding.
I do not have medical insurance, and I do not have any other medical problems. I do not want to go to a doctor as I don't think they can remove it surgically.
I am looking for herbs to either shrink the polyp or cause it to fall off. I found a homeopathic doctor's response to someone else's polyp problem on this forum, but have never taken homeopathic medicines.
I want to be sure I would be taking the correct substances. Is ac. nit the same as nitricum acidum? Thuja and berberis mother tincture were also mentioned, and are readily available online. Would they help to shrink the polyp? I could not find a source for kreosote mother tincture, so a supplier for that solution would be appreciated if it is appropriate.
Perhaps some of these homeopathic tinctures would be inappropriate, as they were recommended for someone who also had kidney stones, which I do not have. Any help from all on this forum would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
You also might post on the Iodine supplement forum (VWT) and may be on The truth in medicine forum in case you don't get any answers.
It is always good to get different views so you can decide what to do.
