A quick "disclaimer" :) - Most of us know that Dr. Schulze is quite a character (to say the LEAST). There will be a bit of "PG language"; there will be strong ego; there may be somethings that you consider to be "BS about your BS" (Belief System). So please (please!) don't 'throw the baby out with the bath water' because you don't like his personality or a tiny percentage of what he says is offensive or disagreeable to you. And remember, whenever someone says something and our initial response is "I am SURE you are wrong"...then there's a very strong possibility that our mind is in some way closed or we are lacking information...so for every "you're wrong" we think, we need to be sure and 'bookmark that' or relisten (while thinking of the various ways someone else might consider it to be "right"). Remember: "The only way to know...is to grow."
I remember in one of his newsletters, he got on his soapbox about how men are incapable of being faithful to one woman. I just about came unglued, but after I calmed down, I realized that we may not agree on everything, (especially his roving ways) but I agree with his health knowledge. Personally, I love the guy!
When he was on this website, he actually called me at home one day. Then Bob, one of the first moderators, interviewed him and those interviews are on CZ.....at least they used to be.
This has GOT to be better than chasing MDs around for blood tests to check Testosterone, etc., and sticking myself in the butt 2x a month to take T shots.
The lady in Seattle wanted me to take a 100 mg T shot once a week vs the 200 mg 1x a month I had done, and I said "no way I'm going to do that". I know their way is not the best way, but I hadn't found this forum yet. Glad to think I'll NEVER have to have a proctoscope stuffed up my rear again. They can take that proctoscope and put it where the Sun doesn't shine, and I guarantee that place won't be in the shadows of my butt..
After my left knee acted up a little, MDs told me a couple years ago that in 1 to 10 years I'd need knee replacement surgery [WTG MDs, fix it, even if it's not broken]. That would only cost my insurance $35,000. Instead, I took glucosamine and I still walk fast 2-3 miles at a time, and can even jog as much as my Magnesium levels will allow. I stopped the Glucosamine a week or so ago and as of yet my knee still isn't acting up [had motorcycle accident in 1974].
If you'll go back to the original post and scroll past the first five links (which are "intros"), you'll see each audio says "step1", "step2" through "step20"...and those are the names of the steps.
Here's how you can get a FREE COPY of the book that goes into more detail on these ESSENTIAL "20 Steps":
This book originally retailed for around $15, and when it went out of print years later people were selling it on Amazon & eBay for over $100. Dr. Schulze recently edited and republished it, and now he's giving them away! Please don't miss this wonderful information! A link to ordering one is below.
A quick note on the book above - it's definitely "general" and nothing as specific or concentrated as Dr. Schulzes true "IP" (IP is short for Incurables Program), but it's still full of excellent information. I wish I had one to give to everyone I know - just reading through it will make a HUGE difference in your health & life. And since knowledge IS the key to attaining & achieving control of our health, this book is a "healer" all by itself :)
click on the "open in external application" link below the videos and save them to your PC, and then burn them onto a CD, but the CD player in your car would have to be able to play MP3 files, I believe.
